We have gone in twice for breakfast. Both times were wonderful with wonderful, warm staff. When we brought up an issue with the coffee, Sarah, our waitress addressed it. She was very friendly and attentive. It made our breakfast so enjoyable as a result. We will definitely come back. Very good experience. The food was great!

We spent the weekend in Anaconda and ate here twice. The first meal was breakfast- and the cook was doing double duty as a server because someone had called off work- just wanted to give her a shout out! Food and service was fantastic and she was so kind and gracious while working her tail off! Working Man's breakfast is a FEAST! We returned that evening for a few drinks and enjoyed the ambiance by the fire so much we stayed for dinner. Everyone enjoyed everything we ordered- portions are Montana-sized for sure! Donivan's had a great vibe and a great team- we appreciated the excellent service and love the local-ness of Donivans.

Went for Thanksgiving buffet. Food was less than stellar. Everything was cold, Gravy had no flavor, stuffing tasted like StovetopJust wasn't what we expected for Donovans. Use to be so delicious.

Nothing like waiting for an hour for 2 sausage and egg breakfasts, especially when 5 other tables arrived after we did and got served first. Our coffee was only refilled twice, while other tables were refilled repeatedly. They seemed to "run out" each time they made the rounds, our water was never refilled. I wish I could give 0 stars for service! I realize we are not locals and every table that came in after was served first, were a locals. When we did get our order, it wasn't even our order. We finally got our food, am hour and 15 minutes after we arrived. So sad, we've been here before and it was always good. This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, and we won't be back again. :(

Sadly it's got such great decor, but the burger had such a thick slice of cheese it was just a bite of cheese, at least 1/4 inch thick. Then and I don't understand this the burger didn't come with mayo unless you ask?!?! So I guess catering to the few picky mayo haters but that's not normal. Never had that anywhere. Last I'm not sure the burger tasted seasoned. I've eaten their fish taco and was sad barely any fish, all cheese.

Good food, very good prices and friendly staff. Just needed a little more help on the floor. Decent menu selection. Wasn't expecting to order fish tacos in Montana but fish was cooked perfectly. Very cool building and furniture. Worth a visit

We were met by a friendly young lady who sat us. Our server gave really good recommendations. Their soups are amazingly delicious, I had the potato/sausage corn chowder (sorry no pictures) I ate it so fast and could eat this everyday. Also had a burger made perfect that hit the spot. The restaurant itself is in this beautiful old space that is decorated with old historic pictures and artifacts of a quintessential Montana town. If you ever find yourself going thru or passing by Anaconda, this is a place to stop. I will definitely come back as I will have dreams of that chowder.

Awesome place right in the middle of Anaconda surrounded by building with the incredible facades. Good food, nice and relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately the place is for sale, so if you are lucky and the place still open, go ahead go get yourself some breakfast.
We stopped in for lunch and had sandwiches. Tara did a great job serving all 8 of us. The food was good. Everyone got something different. I don't think you can go wrong with lunch here. The only thing I wish they did differently was put a real slice of cheddar and not use the kraft singles. Garlic parmesan fries and sweet potato fries are a great option for an alternative for regular fries.
We came back the following day and tried their dinner menu. Wow!!! Everything was phenomenal! The chef did a fantastic job. Every dish was fresh af, served quickly, hot, and at the same time. Not a single person was disappointed with what they ordered. We greatly appreciated this delicious meal before we go and investigate the Montana State Prison.
