Customer service is awesome but the food not so much. Ordered a cheese burger added lettuce snd was given this.. I don't expect for it to be perfect but damn, really?

I was around 8:30 p.m. I special ordered crispy fries. I asked when they gave me my food because it didn't take long. If the fries got crisp they said yes. I got back to the hotel room which was across the street and went to eat and my fries weren't crispy and they were cold. I also can't believe how expensive it was. I spent a little over $18 for a meal that wasn't done right. I could have went into an actual restaurant and ordered a nice plate for that price.

The best McDonalds in the area. I usually don't order much but they always give me my items quickly.
They only messed up my order one time, but I ended up getting more food than I paid for. The only downside was the other person's coffee was loaded with a bunch of syrups and sugars and it ended up making me sick. The extra hash browns made up for it though.

What ever happened to greeting your customers and telling them to have a great day. We ordered iced teas at first window, no greetings, no thanks for coming to McDonald's. Second window, no hi how are you, handed us our drinks and closed the window. I have never been treated so poorly. I worked in a customer service job so I know what customer service is, I worked at McDonald's before.

This was my first McDonald's breakfast. The coffee was ok, all other stuff was not as delicious as it should be.
Cold and uninviting dining room, so much that the senior early birds now meet at Arby's. The staff was nice but the food has little nutrition value and the price is not worth what you get, my dog won't even eat it. I would rather eat convenient store sushi ?.
