We just got burgers tonight for my family, and the ketchup smelled and tasted very spicy. It tasted like jalapeños. I’m not sure what’s going on but McDonald’s needs to get onto it. I think the hot honey must’ve got into the ketchup. My kid couldn’t even eat it. Very very disappointed

placed a mobile order at about 10:20 something, drove over to pick it up, then i got told i couldn’t pick up my order and had to pay a second time? the ladies over the speaker were insanely rude and unhelpful, and i’ve honestly never had a good experience with anyone here. i’ve heard from multiple people that a worker has spit in someone’s food. don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and be glared at by the rude middle aged women that work there. i would rate the food 2 stars but i didn’t get mine so i guess i cant!

I go to McDonald’s religiously because it’s right around the corner and on my way to work—it’s usually the only thing open. I’ve encountered a lot of different workers, but tonight the same person took my order, made my food, and still made it to the window with a smile, all in a timely manner so I could grab my food and make it to work on time.
I believe her name is China, and I just want to say that if she’s ever having a bad day, I would never know because, her customer service is always amazing! I just want to give her, her flowers and let her know she’s doing great.

The outside lane of the drine they wasn't working. The worker at the windows said me and my mom was lying and wasn't in line. We tried to make our order through her but the very rude and disrespectful person would not take our order and insisted we were lying. This happened on Thursday. We will see when she comes through my line at a neighboring business., my closed sign might come out, cuz I didn't see her .

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and double cheeseburger for lunch . Was so cold it wouldn't even melt the cheese. Fries were lukewarm. Not good at all. Didn't go back in because we had left town. Rating should be a zero!!!!

Usually fairly good, but I'm not sure what's so difficult to understand about wanting honey packets with chicken nuggets. Like why do you even have honey packets if you aren't going to accept it as an appropriate dipping sauce? Hot mustard and honey mustard are not substitutes for honey packets. If you don't have any, then just say so.
I door dashed and I know it was a bit late but the manager said my order arrived after 10:30. I have the order confirmation and so I don't know what happened.

Terrible customer service. Sat in the drive thru for 5 mins while multiple cars got helped in the second lane finally asked if we could order, nicely BTW, and got “I am the only one here if you don’t like it leave goodbye.” Maybe work in customer service if you can’t communicate like a adult?

Service was good, but the food was terrible. I ordered at 10:30am when lunch started, got the food minutes later and it was all cold. Nothing was even warm. Apples in the happy meals were soggy. I don't recommend anyone eats here.
