Following a long work day I meet my coworkers for dinner, we ordered at approximately 8:15 and the food did not arrive until after 9:15. I told the waitress, Kinsey, that we'd been waiting a long time and she said she lost our ticket, or the kitchen lost our ticket. During our hour wait she went past our table several times and seemed unconcerned there was not food at our table. When the dinner was finished I told her "This is my first visit and if I did not know anything else about the restaurant I would never return." (My coworkers had eaten there before and always received good service from the other waiters/waitresses.) She again seemed unconcerned and sort of brushed off my comment. I did not like her dismissal of my statement nor her attitude about the delay in getting our meal. Our group ordered two salads and two pasta dinners and it should have taken no longer than 15 minutes to prepare the meal.

Love love love this place! It has never failed to deliver a superb dining experience for us. The food is amazing, and I do mean amazing! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We do not live in the area, but any time we are within a 50 mile radius, we make it a point to stop in.

This little gem was a bit of Italy right in little ol Anaconda, Montana! The service was amazing. We were immediately greeted and seated with the most lovely hostess. The appetizers came quickly and were delightful. The entrees were fresh and delicious. I had the Marsala and it was the bomb. Baby I am a Portobello Princess and let me tell you they did not disappoint! The reduction sauce almost made ya girl’s eyes mist!
Soup of the day was fantastic (I ended up ordering a second bowl). Breadsticks are delicious, and we enjoyed the chicken piccata. Will definitely go back next time we’re driving thru town.

Service was great. Food made us really sick and the chicken alfredo tasted nothing like alfredo needed to add a ton of pepper to make it even taste good. Didn't even make it home to philpsburg without having upset stomach's. 20 we paid for our pasta no salad or anything with it. Pretty overpriced. Should of stuck with our normal restaurant so we had a good meal and didn't get sick.

The wait staff is unnecessarily mean. Very rude girls clearly inconvenienced by patrons. The eye rolls and sighing over and over made that apparent. My wife is a vegetarian and asked for a salad with no meat and the waitress came back with bacon on the salad, we politely reiterated the request and brought it to her attention that there was bacon on the salad. When asked if we could get a different salad. Her response was “really?!” She snatched the salad plate off the table, grunted and swiftly walked away. We never received our drink, after politely reminding her twice. I always tip a minimum of 20%, she was so rude to us and especially mean to my wife, giving her dirty looks every time she past by. This is the first time in 40 years of dinning out I did not leave a tip. I asked to speak to the manager on shift, I was directed to a very short haired woman who was also clearly inconvenienced by me. She could have cared less about my complaints. She said she was most tenured staff member but not a manager, that this restaurant has no manager. I asked about an owner, and was told the owner is never on site. I hope that owner at least sees this review and the MANY other reviews I see posted here about their staff. Your employee’s attitudes are ruining your business.
O'delish! We stopped at O'bella in a very quick visit to Anaconda and couldn't have been more surprised at how delicious the food was in this little town. We had two pizzas, Meat and Margherita along with a fried mozzarella to start. It was all excellent and the service was friendly and prompt. So glad we stopped!
