Pack your own food, do not eat at this restaurant. It is over priced and horrible quality. It was not just one or two things that fell short, then entire meal for three of us was awful.
The clams were the size of my pinky finger and were drowning in processed garlic. It took nearly 45-minutes to get them as an appetizer. The broccoli looked edible but was so overly salted and was also drowning in the garlic, it was inedible.
The halibut that my 12 year old ordered was bland and flavorless, the garlic mashed potatoes had a strange non-food flavor, the Fettuccine Alfredo with steak was brown and tasted horrible. It looked more like a mushroom gravy and was drowning in processed pork chunks that resembled bacon bits. The stuffed crab that came with the fish was mushy and tasted terrible.
The structure of the building is not solid, so every time a server walked by quickly, the floor shook so it made it difficult to read my menu.
I will pay good money but not for garbage food like this. It is likely the worst food I have ever been served at a restaurant. It is far from fine dinning. Don't bother.

Average at best. The setting is nice with pool views and a relaxed resort vibe, but the food is mediocre—straightforward flavors, modest portions, and inconsistent quality. Entrees ($28–$43) feel overpriced for what you get; it’s not true fine dining. Service is okay but nothing special. If you’re staying at the resort, it works for convenience, but skip it otherwise—better value elsewhere in the area.
Bottom line: Underwhelming for the cost. Save your money.

If you are going to stay at the Fairmont Hot Springs, I highly suggest you pack in your own food or have a plan to leave to find a good restaurant.
The first thing. I noticed are the prices listed on their menu. They definitely take advantage of having a trapped market. Everything is overpriced, even if it were edible.
After ordering my entree I was asked if I would like soup or salad. I asked what kind of soups they have and chose the French Onion soup. I later found out that there is an additional charge for that soup. Also, when it came out it was cold. Even the cheese, that had at one point been melted over the top, was cold. We happened to be the first ones in the restaurant for dinner, so they must make And poor all the soups before they open and let them sit out on the counter....
I ordered the Port Wine Mushroom Chicken. This meal also was served cold. The only warm thing on my plate were the mashed potatoes. Also the Chicken was covered in a mushroom marmalade. It was disgusting and not anything like the description.

I'm leaving this review to both help potential customers and to inform restaurant managers. My wife ordered a salad and asked for no blue cheese and no croutons- she re-stated it before the waiter left. The food came with both (the server offered to remake it, but she declined). Our niece's corn dog was frozen inside (they did remake it and took it off the bill). I would say this was just a new server, but frozen corn dog would suggest it is more than that.
I probably wouldn't write a review and complain, but the prices should reflect the service and quality. For $20-25 burgers and $7 pints you'd expect better quality, service and maybe non-plastic to go boxes. Not to mention we are paying hundreds of dollars per night to stay here in the hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Waters Edge with our waitress Sienna. She was very accommodating and kind. The appetizers we ordered were all amazing. We got the steamers, scallops, bacon wrapped shrimp, crab cakes with red pepper aioli, spinach/crab dip and Caesar salad. I also enjoyed my vanilla bean crème brûlée.

The salad is a literal iceberg salad from a bag. The sweet butter tastes weird with the wheat bread. Garlic mashed potatoes were super dry and tiny portioned. My Tbone was over cooked and much smaller than advertised. Overall, I would’ve been displeased at a fourth of the cost, but with such extravagant prices, it should be operated by an actual chef. I did enjoy the drunk swimmers wandering in from the pool to stand over my table dripping water on the floor.
