We stopped for lunch because of previous reviews said they made Indian tacos. As soon as you open the door you see that the floor hasn't been vacuumed in quite a while. The bathroom sink only had the cold water spigot, the hot was missing plus who knows when it was cleaned last. We left.
We stayed overnight in Ashland on our way from Iowa to Helena. We were starving by the time we went to Maggie's. We both had burgers, a bacon cheeseburger for Farmer and a patty melt for me. It was like my mom made us supper after a long drive! Super friendly people and a good, hot meal!!

What you’d expect in a small town café. Not the best looking, not the greatest facility or fixtures, they could use a new rug. Small menu, but friendly people. Double bacon cheeseburger was huge. That and the patty melt were both tasty. The regular fries were just ok, the waffle fries pretty good. Not many options on the route between Little Big Horn and Devil’s Tower. Average but nothing wrong with that. This hit the spot. Only locals were in there with us.
