Quite good for a place inside an airport. (You know what I meant). Server was Jenny. She was friendly and got things right.
The food arrived quickly (airport and flights are there). The frieas are thinner, expected to be even crunchier, but should still get 5/5.
The Swiss Burger was good. The mushroom should have been sauteed for 1 more minute. Still enjoyed it.
The view is great. You can watch the airport in operation. We literally watched our aircraft arrive.
The serve the burger de-constructed. So, the photos are not looking that good.
Prices are reasonable (for an airport location)

Out of respect for my profession and my colleagues, I don’t normally write food reviews on a public forum. However, today is the exception. Copper Horse is quite possibly the worst food in all of Bozeman! This “restaurant” is not even trying. My cold sausage patty was dry and disgusting as if it were leftover from the morning before. They advertise Montana “Redneck sausage”. There is no way what I was served was Redneck sausage. The four strips of “Redneck bacon” , ranged from barely cooked to crispy well done. The potatoes and English muffin were both room temperature at best. The $4.50 cup of coffee tasted as if it was reheated leftover gas station coffee. They were also out of oatmeal and pancakes at the start of Labor Day weekend . This place is an absolute disgrace!
Why is our airport is so cool, yet, there is no edible food available?

Hostess should try harder to actually accommodate guests rather than sending us down the hall to another restaurant because she couldn’t be bothered to clear a table.
Really quite good as airport restaurants go. They seated us quickly and the views are beautiful.

Let bed this place the first time had to return. Been a year or two but nothing has changed. Food and drinks are incredible and our server Jacen was fantastic!!! An absolute must try!!!

Given it’s a sit down restaurant with a host(ess) seating everyone, and the cost of the food, I expected more than deep fried frozen chicken tenders and fries with at least one fry still ice cold and frozen on the plate (seen on the table in the picture). Service itself is way better than expected for an airport.

Was not able to try the food here but I can say the service is top notch. My baby was warm with a mild fever and none of the gift shops had aloe or anything to help cool her. One of the employees went back to their office and pulled out a cold pack for us to use. They were very kind and refused compensation. Thank you so much!

The food was decent. I ordered a Cesar Salad so my request was uninteresting. Would order again. This isn’t why I came to the review section.
It was the fantastic service I received from my server, Barbara, as well as the friendly host who greeted me. The view here is top-notch as well. I appreciate my flight being delayed because of my wonderful experience here at this establishment.

Great place to grab a quick coffee while you wait at your gate- or to sustain you on a long flight!
We just grabbed drinks to-go at the Copper Horse Cafe before our flight and they were awesome! The staff was responsive and worked fast to get our drinks done and they were yummy treats to take on the plane.
Get your standard hot lattes and espresso to warm you up or grab an iced sweet treat to refresh you with caramel, chocolate, strawberry or other yummy syrups and some whipped cream on top! I had a creamy and sweet iced white mocha with caramel - yum.
Perfect location and perfect pick me up before hopping on the plane to Denver.

The service was fantastic and so was the patty melt and the thin crispy fries. Would recommend!

Had a quick bite at Copper Horse while waiting for my parents (who were stuck in immigration for a bit).
The restaurant is surprisingly spacious with heaps of seating and a great view of the planes coming and going — makes the wait way more enjoyable.
I had the small Cobb salad — personally not a fan of blue cheese, but everything else was fresh and filling. Big shoutout to my waiter who was kind and really attentive.
Solid option inside Bozeman Airport for a relaxed meal with a view.

All I want to emphasize is that our server, Ava is a Gem! A veteran of over 45 years in foodservice myself, I appreciate her effortless and smooth work ethic. Also as a younger person, this attribute is rare. The two minute check back! The refill call before my beverage was empty but at 90%gone, the smile and obvious pleasure in serving us today! Good job on this hire Cooper Horse!

The views are amazing, but the food is pretty sad. Gas station coffee, everything looks like it came out of a can/microwave. And when I ran out of coffee it took a while for the numerous people to notice and refill.
