I ran out of time to get lunch downtown and ended up hungry at the airport. I ate here and had the veggie wrap without sauce and it was pretty good. The veggies were fresh and tasty, I just wish there were more options.
The coffee is water
I haven't had the food, but it's literally the only option in the airport so seemed worth listing. The to-go Veggie wrap ingredients have no non vegan ingredients. The veggie wrap on the sit down menu mentions tzatziki but has the vegan icon. There's a few pretzel/hummus to-go options. Note: The also run Taco Jet next door, which has a vegetarian burrito listed and seems like you should be able to get a vegan one too. Note 2: There's also a Copper Horse Bistro outside security unclear the options there Updated from previous review on 2024-05-10
It’s your very basic grab and go “kiosk” at the Bozeman airport. Things sell out and selection was a bit limited when we got there at noon. It seems to take a bit longer than you expect but was not too bad. I was just happy to get any food before my flight and we did not have time to sit at a restaurant.

In our rush to the airport we missed a good breakfast and were too late to have breakfast here…We did enjoy a very good lunch. The BLT was excellent! The bogie sandwiches were fresh and taste. Our preschooler eat both the mini hamburgers on her kids meal. Our server did a good job and was attentive to our needs in the rush of everything. The best was the relaxing setting with a view of the runways with a panoramic view of a mountain range. If you have the time this is a good choice.
Nice people working the coffee bar but the coffee was terrible. Had a $3.75 Americano and threw it away. I’m not sure if it was bad beans or if something was wrong with their machine.
My husband and I came here for dinner before our flight. The restaurant was empty except for three tables when we walked in who all had their food. A lot of people came in 20-30 minutes after we had ordered. Give tables ate and left while we were still waiting for our food. After flagging the waitress down, she said there was only one cook. We later talked to the assistant manager. We were still waiting. The cook comes out and says there is a lot of tickets in front of ours. We should have been ten tickets ago. Anyway we did not get dinner and everything else was closed. This is extremely disappointing. I have ate here a lot and will not go back. I would have fired the waitress. Several other people walked out who were not there as long as us. They did get busy, but were dead when we walked in.

Great coffee and quick options while in the airport.
Great view, great service!
A decent BLT sandwhich with friendly service
Great little spot with fabulous views of the runways and matches the mountain lodge feel of the rest of the airport. Our server, Cody was fantastic- sat us by the window so we could see the planes taking off and landing, friendly and efficient. Food was good with ample portions and our whole party enjoyed their meals (Old Faithful, Beartooth, Breakfast burger-bison). Reasonable price points. We have traveled through a lot of airports, but Copper Horse is among the many reasons why Bozeman is our favorite!
