3 out of 4 times I ordered delivery it turns out as a pickup order. At least. The pizza is good but it’s beyond aggravating to order pizza here. I called to calmly express the issue and I was threaten badly. I will never order here again.

Made the mistake of ordering specialty pizza called “planet pepperoni pizza” it just has pepperoni and cheese. Didn’t realize until I picked it up , it was only a small personal pizza for $17. My suggestion is to order the “18 cheese pizza and add pepperoni for grand total of $25. I wasn’t expecting to come home to visit from California and pay more for pizza in my home town than I do in CA. Wild. Won’t be back.

Ordered seven pizzas for a work event today. Called an hour ahead for pick up. Was told the total price over the phone but when I got there, the cashier said she was told she had to add 15% gratuity to the total price. I paid it because I wasn’t going to argue with her but that is insane. In what world are you needing 15% for handing me 7 boxes? There was one customer in the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy. Ridiculous.

I hope the general manager reads this comment. We were at the Belgadre location tonight and after an hour we never received our order and we had to leave the place and look for another place to have dinner. Terrible experience and terrible service. I will never return.

The pizza is so thin I can see through the uncooked dough... wth is going on? This is what I get for a $37 pizza anymore? I have to literally finish cooking this sloppy joe on a napkin (the dough) and hope it holds together enough for even a half eaten slice to not fall apart into slop while trying to get it from plate to mouth. The dough is barely half cooked. When I delivered pizza I barely got a 40 cent fking tip most times and the pizza wasnt this. I could mash this entire pizza into a wet, mushy ball ball and it wouldnt be the size of my fist.

Seriously one of the best pizza experiences I've had. I got the eclipse pizza which is usually out of my comfort zone but it was extremely good. Everyone else at my table thoroughly enjoyed there food.
Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian section looked really good however I wasn't focused on what they had.
