Food and coffee is always great here but the wait is just ridiculous. Especially the drive through. Waited 20 minutes behind 1 car in the drive through just to get to the window... and then no one came to the window so I just drive off.

This was our first time to Dukes and we were excited to try it out. I don’t often take the time to rate establishments but wanted to offer some constructive criticism. The atmosphere was lovely and the servers were sweet, although attentiveness and follow up was nonexistent. I reaaaally wanted a yummy gooey cinnamon roll this morning and was extremely disappointed. The cinnamon roll I had tasted, not day old but maybe a week old, dry and crumbly. It probably would have made a better doorstop. :( We also had an almond croissant and it was pretty good but had to be heated up twice. Anyway, the coffee was good and atmosphere was really nice. Hope the cinnamon rolls improve. We’ll try another time, maybe.

Duke's is my go to for gluten free breakfast sandwiches! Excellent atmosphere and kind staff! The wait can be a little long occasionally but that is because they are taking the time to perfect the food. The wait is worth it!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free, Dairy free, sugar free flavorings

Cool shop with local art for sale. But the coffee tasted like water. The pastries were tasty, but $20 for 2 pastries and 2 lattes was a big letdown. I ordered the Mexican mocha extra hot, and my husband had the regular mocha. His ended up being super hot, and we couldn't taste the difference between them. They both tasted like hot cocoa without coffee.

They don’t believe in cleanliness. They don’t wash their hands and they also don’t wear gloves. I asked the girls if they wear gloves (I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they could have possibly forgotten to put them on) she smiled and said no and continued touching ALL the food with their hands. They put your bare food on the counter. I wish I would’ve seen them touch the food before I paid because I wouldn’t have purchased literally anything.So if you don’t want your food touched by several girls that don’t use gloves I suggest skipping this place.

I wish I could give a better review because the coffee and food is great and the staff is really nice. However I've consistently had horribly slow service and I don't understand why. Most times I've been here there's a handful of people working but I'll wait 20-30 minutes for a coffee and even longer if I order food. This most recent time I ordered online and waited longer than the suggested 30 min window to go pick up my food. It had been almost an hour since I ordered and they said it still was going to be another 10-15 minutes. If they can improve on their service I would be happy to support their business, but I can't justify the time it takes to get my orders.
Coffee was okay, but the cinnamon rolls and muffins were stale and hard.

Just went in, was the only customer. Ordered a caprese sandwich (which had no description). I ordered it hot. It took 25 minutes. It came out cold, thrown in the bag in a mess. And it came with pesto on it (again, not on the description). And the bread was all torn.

I run a coffee shop so I have a lot of patience and understanding that it takes time to make coffee for the line and people inside but I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive through line with no one ahead of me for 2 iced lattes. Insane. If I wouldn’t have payed I probably would have drove off.

I really want to like this place, I really do. However with that being said, the service has consistently gone downhill. Their drive-thru really needs to be updated with a better way to let the people inside know that someone is outside. This morning I knocked twice, and still had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. I need to thank the gentleman at the counter though for showing up at the counter so that they could realize that I was sitting there. Then it took probably 15 minutes to get a cup of tea. The excuse was they couldn't get the vanilla syrup opened. Granny that is what I ordered but how about offering a different option or something else or just explaining to your customer that hey this is what's going on so they're not left wondering if they were forgotten about. And now I'm 15 minutes late for work because of a cup of tea. I don't think I'm going to try this place again.
