Elle and Jill are such a pleasure to work with. I order a couple of birthday cakes each year and they are nothing short of spectacular: in both design and taste. Their care and attention to detail shows from inquiry/communication to the finished product.This is a photo of my cake after blowing the candles/removing them (hence the small holes in the top). Those are real flowers! We were so impressed by this, not to mention it was perfectly moist and flavored without being too sweet. I may need to order something for Christmas next!

Ordering process could've been a little easier, took a bunch of emails back n forth before the order could be finalized. But small inconvenience for such a great cake. Elle's Belles did the wedding cake and desserts at our daughter's recent wedding at a ranch north of Big Timber, Mt. They were fabulous--both in terms of taste AND in terms of presentation. I will never forget going to an Elle tasting with my daughter. She had a big tray in front of her on which she had placed all sorts of options for the wedding cake icing, filling and cake itself. She had us taste European chocolate, ganache, hazelnut, and on and on. There must have been 30 different options offered! In the end, my daughter picked a lemon and blueberry-infused filling and smooth vanilla icing. It was out of this world. And Elle spent hours arranging a dessert table of goodies surrounding the cake itself. She was still there finishing up when we all came down from the wedding ceremony on the hill. Absolute perfection in taste, presentation and attention to detail!

I ordered the beautifully decorated gingerbread cookies for Christmas treats. While they were beautiful to look at, they tasted like they were made at Dow Chemical Company. I can't believe I paid nearly $10.00 per cookie and they tasted so awful. Cheap supermarket cookies taste better!
