First time at this location. Was greeted and seated fairly quickly being a holiday. Tried to order drinks with the hostess, and when the waitress came the drink order had not been relayed.
Ordered the cheese steak sandwich, because they did not offer hamburgers at this location. That was very disappointing as the Coeur d'Alene location has some of the best burgers available. When I received my sandwich, there was very little filling in the bun. The bun had been toasted, which was not expected either.
I had also requested mustard for my fries, and found out they don't have that available. I have never been to a restaurant that doesn't have mustard and ketchup on hand at all times.
Overall experience was very disappointing, and the bill for what I received didn't justify the cost.
I also had to request silverware and napkins, as these items were not given when seated. Being that I am from out of town, this doesn't feel like it represents the restaurant or the city very well. And as for service, we had not been checked on until the bill was given. I was planning on having another drink, but after this experience, I was kind of glad to just get the bill and leave.
I'm not sure if this is typical, but I would recommend finding another option if visiting the city.

I was in town to visit the hot springs and I'm so glad I got dinner here! The pizza was amazing! The cheesecake was great! My server was so nice and kind. Thank you for a pleasant, delicious dinner.

We had Ryllieh as our server. She needs more training. Wouldn't ask if we needed refills on drinks or if we wanted a straw. She had a OMG why do you need refills look every time we finally caught her to ask. No thanks for coming in, nothing! Was the worst service we have ever had in the Belgrade Mackenzie River. It was very cold in there and it's 28 ° outside. The bathroom sinks only had cold water to wash our hands with. We will ask for someone else if Ryllieh is our server again. Of we return, that is. It wasn't even very busy in there.

Let me just add, your “manager/cook” said nothing of the sort while man handling the food on the plate and was very rude as well as the server and I will do my best to pass that around. Now who’s having a nice day.
They made my food incorrect and when I asked the server about it she insisted I take my sandwich apart and show her what was wrong and when that didn’t go how she planned she had who said he was the manager come out from the kitchen and he proceeded to rip apart my food on the table very aggressively and argue that they made it correctly then abruptly said “have a nice day” took my food and stormed off without allowing us to get a word out. And then proceeded to comp my meal for the sandwich but in turn charged me for condiments that were already supposed to come with the lodge poles we had ordered. Prior to all this the waitress had not been the most reliable & so we were already frustrated when food came out to see one sandwich was inedible for the person who ordered it & to be treated unkindly by “management”. Overall it was an unfortunate experience.

I tried to contact the actual Belgrade location about this but got put on hold for almost 20 minutes before I just gave up. Usually, we have the greatest experience here. We most always get togo food and never have a problem. Unfortunately, today was not the case. My sandwich was super small and the fries seemed extra greasy and my carrot cake was such a sad, stale, little brick, it broke my plastic fork.
We love you all and always have amazing service so this was definitely a one off situation.

The pizza here is absolutely phenomenal!! My husband's and I really enjoyed our experience here. Also, your staff members are very friendly and your restaurant is beautiful inside and out.
