We were not impressed with the Stockman pizza. The toppings were sparse. There was very little sauce. That was the best part of the order. The Lodge poles were over cooked and tough to eat. The Bavarian pretzels were terrible. It's as if they were warmer up in the microwave and by the time I got home (3 miles away) they were hard as a brick. Think warming pizza the next day and not eating the crust quick enough. Also watched as they warmed up the queso sauce in the microwave since it was forgotten with my order. We've had pizza all over this country and this was in the bottom 3 out of hundreds of places. Sadly, this is a hard NO.

We ordered about $150 worth of pizza for a child’s birthday party so it was a pickup order. When we arrived, an additional 18% gratuity was added to the total withOUT it being disclosed at the time the order was called in and NO choice given. Had it not been for a birthday party with a house full for people waiting, we would have walked out.
At what point did gratuities quit being optional and, most especially, when we were not served but simply picked up the to-go order. The sad part is Mackenzie River pizza is already more expensive than anyone else and average, at best. So disappointed that I will never eat at any MacKenzie River establishment again.

I never have problems with restaurants and I’ve never wrote a bad review but this is beyond. I understand the restaurant may be busy and short staffs but waiting for small order for an 1,5h wasn’t in my plan this day. I go to Butte location regularly every week and I know what size butter noodles they serve. Even my kid was shocked. I got only half of my order after 1hour they said next half will be shortly after. It was 45’ mins later. I just left. Manager was disrespectful and should have voided the receipt for my precious time. Instead he told me to leave and never come back. I would greatly appreciate w call from corporate. Thanks

The truthThe place is very nice but the service is very bad, the girl who served me simply did not take note of my order and only after 45 minutes of waiting she brought me the entrance and had ordered a plate of pasta and an appetizer. And she simply did not take care of the order. It really leaves me with no taste in my mouth since I had a lot of encouragement to eat is this place and I had to leave without trying anything because they spent all my available time just waiting for the appetizer honestly I think it’s very bad taste the situation.

Fantastic food and awesome service. The guy checked every box of my to go order to make sure it was all correct and I give props to that because attention to detail these days is rare.

This location sucks!
Downtown location was so much more hospitable and the food was better.
OK, so it takes them an hour to make my food then they give me the wrong order. The people were nice great atmosphere. Nothing else could be said. Just go buy Domino’s, don’t waste your money
