While visiting family, we tried this cafe. The staff are efficient and fun, very friendly. I am baffled by any of the reviews that are negative— our family are all foodies (we travel a lot internationally) and we thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered. This cafe was delightful, with excellent Havana-inspired cuisine and friendly service. The atmosphere was typical cafe, but larger groups or those who want traditional sit-down service might want to look elsewhere.
