Def not a fan of the new chessee cheese burger.. could have changed the oil in my truck with all the grease.. love patty melts but that was nothing like that.. and the watered down tomato soup to dip in was weird tasting... Go back to the regular burgers or have better options for the 2 for 's...

Ordered salad, the lettuces old and dry chicken on top was cold. Mozzarella sticks had absolutely no flavor and were lukewarm when we finally got them seconds before our meal came. Yuck all the way around!!

I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken & Andouille Sausage penne..... Not a fan!!! Service was slow.... But expected since they were busy... After what seemed like a really long time, our server came and told us that they gave our food to someone else..... No offer of compensation.... Free drink or desert..... Nothing....... Seems like very poor service.....

Teach your cooks how to properly cook their steaks!! My husband, the last several times we've come, has ordered a steak well done. That means NO PINK!! Tonight the same thing happened and sent it back to have it cooked some more. When it came back, it was still undercooked and he ended up not even eating it. WE STILL GOT CHARGED for his meal when all he ate was his side of mashed potatoes. Get it together y'all, this is ridiculous.
