The customer service that Jasmyn K offered us tonight was terrible, the worst. With a haughty and arrogant attitude, she was never friendly, nor did she worry if we were missing something, much less came to the table to ask if we needed anything else, an attitude of I don't care, just eat and go away, and even though the food was very delicious, the service that Jasmyn K gave to me and my children was very unpleasant.

Well, what to say in a nice way. The server was great kind and sweet. But the food was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I ordered the new chicken burger and my gf order chicken tender meal and we couldn't eat either of them. The overly large piece of chicken was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like it's sat in a freezer in someone's home kitchen for months and months. You could even seen where the breaded part was thawed and then reshaped as it was pushed against somwthing like the box or a wall obviously that I couldn't tell ya but what it looked like. The center was so dry 😪 and just old tasting. And my gf had the tenders that wouldn't even rip in half they were so over cooked. Almost like they had an old plate of them and just reheated. She is NOT picky whatsoever and will eat almost anything and she cried after we left feeling bad that I spet 40 bucks on food she couldn't eat. All in all we were so disappointed we will not give them another try. I'd encourage you to order carefully and definitely complain. This is the one time I was so ticked off that my mouth wouldn't have been nice and the server wouldn't have deserved that so I kept my mouth shut. WHAT HAPPEND TO OUR COUNTRYS SERVICE INDUSTRY?

We come here often on Fridays for lunch. I have to call out the manager and Jenna for being so amazing. The manager is always attentive whether it's helping bring food out, holding the door for patrons coming in or leaving, and making things right when they aren't. Jenna is great! She is always in a friendly mood, pleasant to be around and carry small conversation with. She is always on top of your needs before you have to ask. We love this location and would always recommend it. It is also central to metra if you are visiting town for an event.

We were wasting time before our appointments. We were seated right away. Service was awesome. First time I was amazed by a male wait person. We ended up not keeping track of our time and had to race out. Totally enjoyed our meal.

I have to eat my food with a napkin? Thanks for not giving me a fork? Am i supposed to wait until the food hovers itself into my mouth? Give people forks Applebees, this isn’t the first time either you consistently don’t give me silverware else I wouldn’t bother posting this

I ordered carside pickup a week ago. 2 for $ 25 - a burger(requested with no pink) and the Alfredo dish. The burger was mostly pink all the way through and the broccoli was mostly raw as well in the Alfredo dish. I called and they played hot potato with the phone call. Finally, the 3rd person, 2nd manager to answer had some answers. However, I was never contacted again, after leaving my name and number and given a guarantee I would get a replacement burger and some discount for the 2 dishes we couldn't eat. The first female manager that answered, only said hello and then nothing but silence because she put me on hold again without a word. Not very impressed.
