Arby's in Billings

“I normally don’t review fast food because most employees don’t seem too thrilled but the Arby’s in Billings Heights just outdid any experience I have ever had at fast food. I ordered my food and once I was done (they were very patient and professional) and I asked if they did a veteran discount. They assured me they did and when I tried to make my purchase at the window not only did they give my dogs chicken nuggets, my meal was covered! They wouldn’t accept my card! I’ve been comped a meal before when I was in uniform on active duty, but that was a great feeling as a 100% disabled veteran. Just moved to my #1 fast food place in town especially with the more fresh, new menu!

Parking: Huge parking lot, lots of space and a large drive through.

Dietary restrictions: New fresher menu options, would definitely check before going but they now have some Greek inspired food like a gyro (not just beef’n’chedder, though there’s nothing wrong with a sandwich once in a while)“

“Drove through with my friends and my cat as a last minute take away, the staff was very friendly and the environment very clean, delicious food, one young staff member with green eyes and cute voice was so nice and sweet, I hope you are paying them well!“

“I'm on lunch with my new work and was looking for a quick in and out. Arby's was quick and the food was hot and tasty. The atmosphere is nice and the severs polite. Not a bad location to get into. Would definitely stop there again.“
