Just went through the drive thru and order our meals with unsweetened ice tea. Got home took a drink and tasted nasty. Opened and smelled it, it smelt like sewage. Called them immediately and reported it. He claimed it's been the same tea they brewed and never had complaints before. Didn't even try to smell it or let alone taste it. Calling health departments!

Just ordered 2 medium curly fries, took 15 minutes and then when we got home and looked in the bag they didn’t even fill the containers half full. Very disappointed that I paid $8 for barely one container of fries.and the fries were cold. Honestly my fault for giving Arby’s a chance in the first place. Will never be back.

Well I ate here a year ago and they were out of everything ham and cheese and roast beef and chicken sandwich. Today they had everything and more. The store was clean, the staff are nicer than they ever been! These guys were amazing today ! Thank you because I'm so tired and didn't want to cook !

Whoever the girl running the drive through window today at around 2 pm needs an attitude check. There’s no reason to pop an attitude with a customer being nice to you over sauce. If your job is so miserable that you have to argue with someone over how many sauce packets you put in the bag, reality is really going to hit you hard 😂
Now normally I love this Arby's! But tonight my hubby Reggie and I went thru the drive thru. When we got home to eat all of the insides of the sandwiches we ordered were falling out everywhere. It's ridiculous and lazy come on guys you can do better than this!
