I went through the drive through last night, which the intercom system was down, but out came the nicest gentleman came out to take orders and then ran back in to fill said orders. This man deserves a raise! He did all of this with a smile on his face making the best out of the situation,

The African American dude who served me and my girls was awesome. He was very inviting, kind, and socialiable. This guy literally went above and beyond to make sure our order was right and to ensure we felt good about picking their establishment to eat at. I was traveling with my 3 daughters and one of their friends and this guy treated us great. The food was great and this is a place is definitely go back to because of both the food and employees/people like him are hard to come across. If i were Arbys I'd do what I can to make sure he was kept there. He seemed kind of new as he needed help with a couple of small things, nothing that was an inconvenience but made up for it with his attitude and his cheerful and friendly behavior. Got to give props when props are due. He had my girls laughing and actually feeling comfortable when they're usually pretty quiet and reserved.

Rated for the employee, Robert. He took our order extremely rudely, and didn’t listen to what we told him. After being so rude, he then gave us food for dine-in when we told him takeout, and forgot to give us our sauces.

The apple pie milkshake was so much better than I expected.
Sandwich I received for lunchbreak (around 2:30 p.m.) was absolute garbage and got zero response from the manager or employees when I went for my money back. This isn't a one off thing either, it has gotten steadily worse over my last few visits and after today I won't be returning. The roast beef should be finely sliced to almost falling apart thin. NOT cut and chopped into a pile of chewy unappealing chunks and shoved into a box. If this allows me to post a picture I will.

The steak bites were burnt, some were very greasy and some were very dry. The curly fries tasted old. I wouldn't recommend the steak bites or curly fries.
