Sandwich I received for lunchbreak (around 2:30 p.m.) was absolute garbage and got zero response from the manager or employees when I went for my money back. This isn't a one off thing either, it has gotten steadily worse over my last few visits and after today I won't be returning. The roast beef should be finely sliced to almost falling apart thin. NOT cut and chopped into a pile of chewy unappealing chunks and shoved into a box. If this allows me to post a picture I will.

The steak bites were burnt, some were very greasy and some were very dry. The curly fries tasted old. I wouldn't recommend the steak bites or curly fries.

We like the restaurant. We do not understand how a person purchases 3 roast beef and cheddar, ask for extra arby sauce. And then find one arby sauce and one horsey sauce.....seriously that sucks.
