I gave this three stars because at night time the crew is amazing! They should get five stars. But today I met the day crew... They get one Star.. and that's only because I actually finally got the order. The man of the counter looked extremely hungover he kept wiping his nose and eyes with his hands, then he would handle food before placing it in a bag, tray or hand to customers. That's unsanitary and disgusting!!!!
As someone that has run and managed serval restaurants, this store is a NIGHTMARE. The management complains about not being able to keep people but hires nothing but druggies. Food is never correct. The GM and ASM touch food with open sores on their hands and NO gloves. Staff are rude and a huge pain in the ass to deal with. I would rather eat cardboard than visit this establishment. Also, I know they under portion every single sandwich and do not clean any of the produce. Honestly, this store is so poorly managed I will be contacting the BBB and the Health Department. Just absolutely breath taking what they are being allowed to get away with. Shame on them.

I love Arby's, they have a deal for $7.00 right now but almost everytime they attempt to charge you the original price. Like they ask if you want it large then say $14.95 when you ask them why they make it hella complicated amd have to explain that if you upgrade the $7.00 deal to large then you pay the full price. Then why ask me if I want it large after I ask specificly for the $7.00 offer?? Then I ask for a milk shake which is an uncharged half the time the other half the time they say I can't have the milk shake unless it's separate. Then it's another mini argument where I have to explain to them that they can do it. Like the $7.00 " Deal" is just a trick to get you there and then change it. Also I have upgraded to a shake multiple times but half the time they say they cannot do that. The whole thing turns into a little mini argument that just isn't worth it. I would say poor management for not making sure that each shift leader knows how to operate the till.

Arby's is a good place to eat with all the meat ?!!! I know I won't be gone for long because, Arby right back!!! Clean facility and good, calm and collected employees...!!! Arby danged if you don't drop by!!!

I got two sandwiches and a cup of water At 7:15 PM. Both sandwiches were completely cold. One of them had a small hair in it. Enough said.
