Half the time my order is incorrect or incomplete, and the wait is far too long, nobody but one person infront of me, they get parked, i wait 20 minutes for my food, and they get theirs in 10? I ordered one sandwich whereas the car infront ordered maybe 10? Absolutely horrible experience, i get an hour for lunch and don’t want to waste it waiting in line for mediocre food.

Went through the drive thru to get some food, not only did they mess up the order i heard them talking about it through the window. Instead of correcting it though, they pretended nothing was wrong, gave me the food and 'forgot' to put the receipt in the bag so I have nothing to show that it was messed up.

The service staff are friendly and helpful. They get your order done very quickly and accurately. My favorite side dish are the crinkle 🍟 fries! They are so crunchy and seasoned perfectly!

Not certain if Matthew S. What the gentleman who rang me up or the man who handed me my food. He had a ring on his pinky. Anyway he was so nice! Really made experience so much better!

Purchased 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches that were cold and no Arby's sauce and a little squirt of cheese about the size of a nickel. Very dry and just a terrible sandwich all the way around. Won't be going back to this location.
Usually an awesome place but lately it's struggling to get orders done and even done correctly. 3 visits and still forgetting to place cheese on my sandwiches...it's called a beef n cheddar for just that reason...seems more typical with these assorted staff with zero skills....sad really!

I gave this three stars because at night time the crew is amazing! They should get five stars. But today I met the day crew... They get one Star.. and that's only because I actually finally got the order. The man of the counter looked extremely hungover he kept wiping his nose and eyes with his hands, then he would handle food before placing it in a bag, tray or hand to customers. That's unsanitary and disgusting!!!!
As someone that has run and managed serval restaurants, this store is a NIGHTMARE. The management complains about not being able to keep people but hires nothing but druggies. Food is never correct. The GM and ASM touch food with open sores on their hands and NO gloves. Staff are rude and a huge pain in the ass to deal with. I would rather eat cardboard than visit this establishment. Also, I know they under portion every single sandwich and do not clean any of the produce. Honestly, this store is so poorly managed I will be contacting the BBB and the Health Department. Just absolutely breath taking what they are being allowed to get away with. Shame on them.
