Wow, I’m so surprised this place is way better than the one in the West End! It’s so much bigger and nicer inside. The ladies were super efficient with the lines, they were friendly and served everyone quickly without feeling rushed. I’ll definitely drive the distance to go to this location! Their waffle bowls were so much fresher, and they had a huge scoop of cookies n cream. My sister got a mocha too.

Went in at 8:45 for a shake and the ladies insides said, “ There shake machines are turned off for the night.” This location doesn’t close until 10pm. Now I understand not wanting to have to clean up shake machines especially near closing time but to straight up lie just because you do not want to clean up before close is absurd.

I walked in with my small dog (he’s all of 4lbs) who is trained, socialised, and a service animal. The door wasn’t even closed when the woman behind the counter told me to leave. No “hello”, no “how are you?” She just dismissed me and walked off before I could tell her he is a Service Animal.
She was rude as hell. Even if my dog wasn’t a service animal, there’s kinder, more polite ways to tell someone they can’t bring their dog inside.
I won’t be going back.

Wow, I have much good to say about this place. The youthful staff there are professional--very quick at customer service. The menu--many beverages on the menu and over 25 various of ice creams to include sherberts & dairy based creams. As a tremendous ice cream fan--I can't help myself but say I love this place. They offer outside seating at will--to enjoy your cold delight in the sun. "You gotta check it out at Baskin Robins in the Heights next to Target."
Parking: This location has lots of space for parking and is a well visited spot. Customer service is premium--no wait time.
Kid-friendliness: Yes! Absolutely. Those of all ages were made to be welcome.
Wheelchair accessibility: Although the door does not have a push button---a wheelchair definitely can fit through double doors given someone holds it open.

Very nice girls working there! and friendly. But when i asked for pup cups, they said they didn't think they did them. then ended up giving me some, but it was only whip cream. Also, they charged me for it..the other BR on westend always does ice cream pup cups at no charge. So, if you are wanting to treat your furry friend, I'd recommend the westend location.

Stopped in here for the first time yesterday for my daughter's third birthday treat. The ladies working were very friendly, I had asked about dye-free options and she was unaware if it was available. So I googled and learned the ice cream was dye free but the toppings are not. I showed the information with the lady working so next time if someone asks she'll know too. The store was also very clean. I'd recommend this place.
