Wow, I’m so surprised this place is way better than the one in the West End! It’s so much bigger and nicer inside. The ladies were super efficient with the lines, they were friendly and served everyone quickly without feeling rushed. I’ll definitely drive the distance to go to this location! Their waffle bowls were so much fresher, and they had a huge scoop of cookies n cream. My sister got a mocha too.

Wow, I have much good to say about this place. The youthful staff there are professional--very quick at customer service. The menu--many beverages on the menu and over 25 various of ice creams to include sherberts & dairy based creams. As a tremendous ice cream fan--I can't help myself but say I love this place. They offer outside seating at will--to enjoy your cold delight in the sun. "You gotta check it out at Baskin Robins in the Heights next to Target."

Very nice girls working there! and friendly. But when i asked for pup cups, they said they didn't think they did them. then ended up giving me some, but it was only whip cream. Also, they charged me for it..the other BR on westend always does ice cream pup cups at no charge. So, if you are wanting to treat your furry friend, I'd recommend the westend location.
