Im normally a repeat customer. This time, i took 3 pictures while inside. 2 of which were of ice cream display cases. And 1 of my dish of ice cream on my way out. Went back a day later. This visit i never i never took pictures while inside. Got my dish of ice cream . Went outside backed up across the parking lot. Continued to eat looking down at my phone while eating. The next thing i knew police knocked on my window. Stating i came 2 nights in a row taking pictures and that im trespassing. I showed officer the picture of sign above main entrance door. I asked, "Is this what you're talking about? Wanted my I.D. said im not aloud on premises for a year. After that, i left the parking lot. It was very disappointing to have that done to me. !! I'm not sure what their problem was that night. I even tipped 25% and told the waiter to have a nice night. Been goin to that place place for over 20 years. Im sure owners have changed since then . Called lawyers about the trespass ordeal.

I really just wanted some ice cream after work. I showed up right at 9:50, with ten minutes left until close I figured I could get a scoop of something. The girls working had the door locked. When I approached all I got was a head shake from one of the employees. I was just disappointed.

Little Dreamers
Busy little place on a Friday night, but that did not phase the three employees behind the counter. They were up for the challenge when a couple of groups all showed up at the same time. The service was great, polite, and with a smile. We are Baskin-Robbin first timers and amazed at the flavors and options - what a great treat!!!

THEY DON'T DESERVE A STAR,IT WAS THAT BAD.ORDERED A ICE CREAM CAKE FOR BIRTHDAY. ORDERED THE PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM ABSOLUTELY NO PEANUT BUTTER IN THE ICE CREAM. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.VERY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. I'M DONE WITH BASKIN ROBBINS. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Baskin Robbin’s always has a bright and clean environment, we love the owners and that they are family oriented. We are so glad to have a place to enjoy the best chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream!
Employees were courteous and inviting, our entire party thoroughly enjoyed the late night snack!

Recently, the chocolate dipped waffle cones have been lacking. The last three times I have visited there was only about 1/2 an inch of chocolate on the rim of every cone/bowl. I literally only choose Baskin-Robbins for the chocolate dipped cones. Their are many ice shops in Billings that carry a better range of flavors. I suggest you same your money and go else where.

Friendly greeting as we entered, as well as offers to try flavors. Spotlessly clean establishment, and the ice cream was just as tasty as my college years. I wish the BR where I'm from was this nicely done!
