I came in with my friend last night (1/11/26) around 7:30. We weren’t greeted at all, we had to stand in awkward silence until we just decided to order. While the employees just stared at us like we were killing their cats. And when we did finally order it was the end of the world for the two girls working. One was blonde and the other was a brunette. We weren’t giving them a hard time at all. When it was time to tip they were adamant that we did so. I’ve worked in customer service for years and would NEVER treat a paying customer like how we were treated in a million years. And I’m usually a good tipper no matter how easy the task, but the attitude on those young girls working were not getting a single spare cent from me. Scooping two ice cream cones is not hard at all. And if it is I suggest those young girls get a different job. As we left we were not told goodbye aswell. This is genuinely the worst experience i’ve had with a local establishment while living in billings. I don’t wanna say this was because me and my friends race but i’d really hate if that was the truth. I have a big family and multiple friends who i have told to not go here based off of my experience last night. Big dipper please do a better job at hiring employees and teaching them manners, basic hospitality, and customer service. You are allowing unsupervised young children trash the reputation you have.

Stopped by during a snow storm. Had a group of about 8 and all of us enjoyed our ice cream. The person with a sunday said the brownies are good. Overall its good ice cream at a clean place with nice staff. We would stop by again.

Loved this Big Dipper when I was a kid, after stopped back at my hometown for the weekend I had to try it again. I was far from disappointed, great service and icecream. Thank you!

Got a double waffle cone with Oreos. The flavor of the ice cream was great, but the Oreos were sprinkled on top and were literally falling off. Delicious, but not sure if it was worth $10.
