Don't touch the menus on the counter. They definitely don't clean them. Ramen is ok. Not sure about food sanitation, but if the menus are any indication, it's bad.

I went here for Father's Day and everything was delicious, The waiter was polite, and the atmosphere was very nice and calm. Would go here again.
Every time I come here the service is wonderful and the food is delicious! I particularly like the garlic ramen and the spicy ramen. I tried Boba tea for the first time here which was a really nice treat as well. Highly recommend.

Great food. This has sit down dining but more of a grab and go. The one on shilo is for larger groups. Miso bowl great but if you want spicy they go it!
Just go to the Westend location instead
Amazing place to eat! The food is great along with the wonderful artwork! The music sets a great mood. 10/10 would eat here again. Also great boba

It is worth it to drive to the one on shiloh.
First thing I noticed was the dirty and sticky floors. Unimpressed by the atmosphere all around.
Secondly, the cook forgot my appetizer and made me late getting back to work from my lunch.
Third, no soda fountain? Over priced bottles, or $8 Boba? Lack of drink options was annoying.
Lastly, portions of the Ramen I ordered were cold that definitely shouldn't be.

I've been to other locations that have been great, here the noodles were closer to instant Ramen. I'm not spending 15$ and bowl for what I can make home for 1$ I come here for good noodles and good stock. This had neither. The only thing enjoyed were the drinks and the egg by a toddler who likes everything she eats room temp. My partner ate his solely to not waste.
