I’ve been to other Hokkaido restaurants and this one was not quite up to the same standards. Staff were friendly, but interior was a little more dirty. We had the garlic ramen. The noodles were Top Ramen quality and the soft boiled eggs were cold. Overall the taste of the broth and pork was not too bad. Would only recommend if wanting a slight step up from Top Ramen, definitely not worth the price.

My husband and I have eaten here twice now and both times the food was amazing. The ramen bowls are large and very filling. We can’t wait to come back.

I don't care for spicy foods. They have a menu that lets me order a variety that is tasty but not spicy.

We tried them for the first time in June of 2023. The portions were great, the flavors unique, the texture bold and fresh. We are back in town and thought hey it's damn cold out, let's do that ramen place. We were there before they opened to only fnd1 soul trying to answer phones, on line orders and a few groups at the door of about 12. The guy was in training with no help and the owners nowhere to bee seen or help!! Worst part our to go order was some was coed cheap cup of ramen , very dry and stringy, meat was possibly a domesticated animal dry and tough, veggie were freeze dried.. Not at all even close to our first visit. Very disappointed, because we really thought we found the ultimate ramen place for this region! Step it up !! Your sucking the hind tit now.. I'll be back to try it once more

Went for the first time and was very impressed. The food was amazing, severice outstanding and I can't get over how good everything was!!! I had the miso Ramen, out of this world! just 5 out of 5.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm using a knee rover because of a surgery and plenty of room to move about

Mid. I like shiloh location better, not only because the food is better, but also the service. The cups were really gross and so were the tables. Overall was just ok.

The one guy working was quick and Good at his job and super friendly. The one on the west end is no where as good as the one in the heights is. Will be back. Food was also really really good. :)

I've been here multiple times before and it used to be decent. My husband and I came here a few weeks ago and I have no idea what happened to this place, it's awful. There's one person running the whole restaurant, he was very nice and accommodating, but I can't ignore how horrible and overpriced the food was. We both ordered spicy chicken ramen and a pork steamed bun. The only good thing about the ramen was the broth, I added so many toppings too and they were all gross. Dry egg, limp bok choy, and the chicken was dry and bland. Even the noodles were bad. The pork was also dry and bland, you could even say the meat was old. So disappointing and we left the place starving with a big bill. Never again.

Decent food, fast service, clean tables - a pretty good ramen shop overall. I hade to do take out and was pleasantly surprised with the portion. 4/5 for being a bit pricy for ramen and having waaaay too sweet of a Hokkaido milk tea - I had to add a full cup of black tea that I brewed at home to offset the sugar over load. Have had the Taro milk tea before which was also pretty sweet but not as over-powering.

OMG, I ordered the beef ramen and gyoza (pot stickers). The broth is wonderfully rich stock and the beef is very tender. Pot stickers were very tasty. I highly recommend this place if you miss authentic ramen made to order!!!

Decided to take my cousin out for lunch and this was our stop. I prefer the Shilo location, but was closer to this one.Came in around 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 4thThe guy taking orders made me beyond uncomfortable, commenting on my million dollar smile, giving looks, and even later insinuating I call him (due to the scream hoodie with the phrase I was wearing, he made a motion of a phone with a huge smile on his face)My cousin felt very off about the atmosphere, but we unfortunately stayed. We got our food and it was really lacking in flavor, and a bit cold but I could look past that.(Vomit warning here)After leaving I was given a 6 hour period where I felt fine. Then all of a sudden my face started to numb and puff up, I couldn't stop throwing up and my stomach hurts so badI won't be back to this location ever again, I feel beyond disgusted

This place was absolutely amazing! The broth was so good and rich, and they separated the noodles from the broth so the noodles didn't just soak it all up by the time I made it home. The rib was so tender and juicy. Another thing I love to see is a kitchen that's really clean, you can tell they take pride in their craft! If you like ramen you should definitely check this place out.

We eat here at least once a week and we looooove Patrick! He is always absolutely rocking it! he is quick, kind, and fun. He overheard it was my birthday once and played happy birthday on the speakers when he brought our food even though it was busy and he was alone. Such a good dude! Amazing service!
