BW Blacksmith Bistro & Kiosk

Really disappointed with how expensive these guys have gotten lately for the quality. Prices have went up, but the quality has not improved. The order is almost always wrong or doesn’t look like the menu picture. It’s cheaper to go to Starbucks and get a Venti drink and a cake pop than it Is for most of their drinks in the smallest or medium size at Blacksmith. Very frequently wait times are long enough to make you worry about whether they’ve forgotten about you or not, and on a couple of occasions they *have* actually forgotten and I’ve had to remind them.

I have wanted to support Blacksmith being a smaller business and closer to my work, but I have had so many bad experiences now with drinks being made inconsistently and them not having things in stock often. In the last year I’ve ordered the same drink three times, the first time it was great, second time tasted horrible, and third time it tasted good but was only half full - looking nothing like either of the times I’ve ordered before. It seems like employees don’t have any consistency in training or learning the menu.

I should probably stop trying at this point, but as a sleep deprived mom to a newborn and older kiddo desperately need the caffeine. If there was anywhere closer I would be going there instead, but had kept going to BS for the convenience.. now that prices have went up so much, it just doesn’t seem worth it.

Twice I've been this last week and they were out of earl grey tea.

Jessica was the only person working here, ordered caramel macchiato, and it was the best i have ever had.

The workers at blacksmith coffee are efficient and extremely friendly. They go out of their way to help, and they always do it with a smile on their face!! Not to mention their coffee is some of the best I have ever had!! I highly recommend the blacksmith coffee at St. Vincent Hospital, Billings, Montana.

I loved my experience here today. I was so busy during the holidays I didn't get time to order "holiday" drinks so when I went for an appointment today I was so happy they were still offering many holiday and winter options. So good, fresh, creative menu, and very friendly. Thanks for making a doctor's visit enjoyable, Blacksmith!

I've been at the hospital all week with my husband and everyday I order an iced mocha with topping, they have all been great except for today, not sure what I got but it's not mocha the girls working insisted that it is. Not good at all, I was charged for whip cream and they were out. Employees to busy on phones and talking instead of doing the job.

Don’t follow through or honor their promotions. The free cookie for grand opening. They don’t return calls or messages. They run a contest and then don’t honor the rules. They apparently treat employees poorly as well, but not shocking if they don’t care about their customers! All the people I got to like their page and all the people I told about their burgers will also be the people I tell of their unfairness. I was a regular customer but no more. I gave them many chances and now get my daily coffee else where! Their good reviews are mostly older posts

I have waited 15 minutes for French toast and then tried to cancel my order due to the wait and the wouldnt refund my money. Then I gave them another chance and the drink was good. They had a Halloween contest to get more likes and followers and recognition on Facebook but then didn’t award the 3 prizes that they initially said they were giving away. A scam?? Perhaps. If they can’t follow through with their advertising, how will they follow through with their product. I reached out 3 times about the contest and they didn’t answer even one inquiry

Cashier was spaced out and my mocha came only 2/3rds full. Waste of money.

On July 31st, I greatly disappointed in the service. There was only one other customer and they had their order. There were three girls behind the counter. I was at the register, of which they passed by three to four times, waiting to order. I was there three to five minutes and was not acknowledged. Not even a simple " hi, I'll be with you in a minute" and being in customer service for over fifty years, I know that statement goes a long way. I didn't have a lot of time when visiting my son during my lunch hour. Needless to say I ended up not getting lunch that day.
