Fantastic food and super friendly with great prices. I've been here many, many times since they opened and I have never had a bad meal here. One time it was close to closing time and they asked if I had a dog. I said yes I did so they made me an order of bits and pieces for my dog. It was like two pounds of meat scrap. Anytime a company is asking us who we want to cater a company lunch, the over whelming answer is always Blues.

This is the best barbeque we've ever had! Meat is slow-smoked out back and is tender and moist. Large servings, affordable. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had the ribs and the tri-tip and barbequed pork sandwiches. We recommend the baked beans and coleslaw sides too.

World famous ribs? I think not. I’m from Texas and I would not put these in my top 20. Now, they were not bad, just not “world famous”. They had pretty good flavor, they were tender and fairly good. I’d say in my top 50. With my ribs I had the slaw and baked beans. Both were good sides. They have a mild and hot sauce. The mild was not good, the hot was ok. Both were very sweet and cover the flavor. I’m more for the Texas dip style sauce. Just me though. The atmosphere is….. well, it’s in a gas station so not the best. Not that this has anything to do with food taste it’s just the atmosphere. It’s not fancy and that’s ok with me. Just letting you know. Service was ok, it’s order and they bring it to you. It’s worth a try and make your own opinion.

Great little hidden gem in Billings! Their food is wonderful. Way better than the other two "big chain BBQ" joints in Billings. Although I am not a huge fan of their regular baked beans but when you can get the spicy ones they are great! (They run out at lunch typically) Their pricing is fair, honestly about on par with fast food for much better quality. The staff is friendly, the resteraunt is clean, and the foods good. Not much else to ask for from a business.
Vegetarian options: Maybe the baked potato....
Kid-friendliness: Smaller dining room but kids don't seem to have an issue. We have a large family so it be cramped for that but tables seat 4 comfortably.
