‼️AIR POLLUTION ‼️ Every time I walk by this place I nearly vomit, the NOXIOUS STENCH of fryer grease is nauseating, it’s so sickening I can’t imagine how awful the food tastes, but based solely on the smell, I would never venture into this restaurant, if you can call it that. I know not whether the stench that pollutes our city emitted from Buffalo Wild Wings is simply a sign of how their food tastes, or that it’s the lack of cleaning of the grease traps, but whatever the case, I WILL NEVER EAT HERE.

Got 10 medium traditional wings. I got 2!! Gone in a blink of the eye. I will get take-out again. Price was great.
I was disappointed. My food was luke warm at best. So was my guest. The service was great 👍. They were really busy?

Apparently ASAP orders online .ean 45 minutes later and you have to physically go in to make sure they are making it at 730. Zero stars

I just wouldn't go here. They never get our order right. Sometimes they even forget part of the order or give us something we didnt order. Can you expect to get in touch to find a solution? Nope. Also, the past two times we ordered, we got sick. My husband is currently home with stomach pains because of the food we got last night. So I would avoid them. Plenty of other wing places that actually care to get your order right and have better quality wings.
Edit: Response from the order was a waste of time. Still no resolution and the number had me call a automated customer service line that had me back in forth with someone who I couldn't understand for 10 minutes.

Got wings and boneless wings. If I didn’t know better they sat under a light for a very long time. Dried out. No meat on the boneless. Cold. Terrible.
Great customer service. I run tow trucks and stopped in @ 10:30pm after a late tow call and they were great! Fast service.

Make sure you don't lose anything here. The workers have a tendency to steal things and then not offer anything in the way of an apology. I lost my hat a week ago and they've already either thrown it out or given it away. Figured I'd give it another shot. Been waiting 35 minutes for my food. This place is awful.

This is a weird one for me. I went in to order and was warned that they just sat a table of 10 which takes prior over my to go order. I said ok that's fine which physically annoyed the cashier. Meanwhile, she became irritated with the gentleman behind me stating she can't stand customers that have no patience. I was told to move aside so she could tell him that he's just going to have to wait until she got done waiting on me. Then she became annoyed when another worker came to help the gentleman. She actually told her coworker. I just told him he had to wait and she ignored her and sent him on his way. This is not the first time I've had this experience at Buffalo wild wings. The food is usually pretty good. A couple of the wings were burnt. I don't even know how but other than that the food got home hot. I always enjoy when I dine in because it is a pretty cool atmosphere.
