I just wouldn't go here. They never get our order right. Sometimes they even forget part of the order or give us something we didnt order. Can you expect to get in touch to find a solution? Nope. Also, the past two times we ordered, we got sick. My husband is currently home with stomach pains because of the food we got last night. So I would avoid them. Plenty of other wing places that actually care to get your order right and have better quality wings.
Edit: Response from the order was a waste of time. Still no resolution and the number had me call a automated customer service line that had me back in forth with someone who I couldn't understand for 10 minutes.

Got wings and boneless wings. If I didnât know better they sat under a light for a very long time. Dried out. No meat on the boneless. Cold. Terrible.

Make sure you don't lose anything here. The workers have a tendency to steal things and then not offer anything in the way of an apology. I lost my hat a week ago and they've already either thrown it out or given it away. Figured I'd give it another shot. Been waiting 35 minutes for my food. This place is awful.

This is a weird one for me. I went in to order and was warned that they just sat a table of 10 which takes prior over my to go order. I said ok that's fine which physically annoyed the cashier. Meanwhile, she became irritated with the gentleman behind me stating she can't stand customers that have no patience. I was told to move aside so she could tell him that he's just going to have to wait until she got done waiting on me. Then she became annoyed when another worker came to help the gentleman. She actually told her coworker. I just told him he had to wait and she ignored her and sent him on his way. This is not the first time I've had this experience at Buffalo wild wings. The food is usually pretty good. A couple of the wings were burnt. I don't even know how but other than that the food got home hot. I always enjoy when I dine in because it is a pretty cool atmosphere.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. People want better pay? Earn it. If youâre working here and have zero reading or reasoning skills, why should you be getting more than minimum wage.
Also, when you mess up an order, take responsibility and make it right. People are paying almost $2 a wing and you do it this poorly.
I will never again spend my money in this establishment. Iâd recommend others save their money and cook road kill or eat dirt. Itâs cheaper and probably healthier

I called yesterday 11/20/2024 at 3:12 pm to place a pickup order for 4:30 pm. My wife picked the order up at 4:30. The 50 piece order did not come with celery carrots or ranch dressing dip as pictured on the menu. Also they must have prepared the wings wedges and fries that I ordered at the time I placed the order and then put them in a holding oven for pickup. The fries and wedges were so dried out they were inedible. As for as the wings are concerned the outside was tougher than a bull's ass tied together with a log chain, and the meat was like trying to eat jerky it was so dry. To say the least I expect more quality than what we received for over 100 dollars. Very poor food!

I don't usually write bad reviews tonight I had a horrible experience I ordered over the phone I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and I was told that my order would be ready in a half an hour I showed up and waited 45 minutes in line well all the doordashers were getting their food before me I ordered one burger and a side of tots the team members were very rude and disrespectful overall I waited over an hour for one Burger I get that it's busy on a Friday night but the customer service was horrible and I also found a piece of plastic in my burger patty it was disgusting I will not be going back to Buffalo wild wings
