Basically lost my appetite after watching the kitchen prepare other peoples food, and watching some of the chefs, touch their face and scratch their heads, without washing their hands before they handle food. Now I know the food gets cooked and sent out, but with an open kitchen that is something that I would not want to see a chef do. I didn't order any food, I used to work in an open kitchen and these actions would be unacceptable. In the future, I would recommend some training or close off the kitchen, so nobody sees what goes on, but I cannot recommend this place at all.

Been 3 years I've been going to get their coffee and it ruined coffee for me... Everywhere else in town doesn't come CLOSE to the service, quality and especially the price as Bull Mountain Brew.

This used to be my go to place in the 105 but they went to pot years ago. every once in awhile my wife drags me there for the burgers. I don't order burgers at restaurants so I always go a different route. tonight I ordered the salmon but big surprise they were out. so .... I ordered the chick n fried steak, which years ago was good. I took a pic of the cross section to add to this review but it won't let me attach it. suffice it to say 95 percent of the chicken fried steak was breading. the actual slab of meat was1/8 inch thick. I measured it. People in the 105 are so starved for good restaurants places like this could serve boiled rags and they would stay in business. Pathetic.

Went with my husband, our toddler and baby a few months ago...there are only a few places we can all go out to eat and this is one of them! The staff were very sweet, patient and helpful...they helped us find a spot for our stroller that was out of the way, and helped keep our toddler entertained so he didn't bother any other guests. The food was also really good, I ordered a steak and my husband had a burger (wish I could remember our exact orders, but I get the feeling that you prob can't go wrong with these categories)! We really appreciated the great service, and we will be back!

Husband and I popped in here for a quick lunch date a while back before heading home. Ours steaks were great, sides were tasty and drinks were cold. Food took a little bit to come out but it was worth the extra wait.

After hearing lottsa good comments, when my daughter and her husband offered to take me here for a Birthday dinner, I eagerly accepted! Our server was great and took our orders, and things spiraled downhill from there. I like my steak well seared on the outside and medium rare inside, so when my Ribeye arrived and I cut into it--it was pretty well done. I am generally not a complainer, but I spoke to the server and they willingly replace it with another steak. It was an improvement, but to someone who has really had some great steaks in times past--it was disappointing. Salad and baked potato were fine, but steak could have been prepared a LOT better. I've eaten there since with a better outcome with one of their burgers.

Stopped in for lunch after a miserably disappointing trip through downtown Billings. Hoping for a decent experience on this trip!Walked in and the place is very casual and quiet little spot, with country music playing in the background. The one gentleman on the floor greeted and sat us quickly. The menu has decent options to choose from.Food was pretty good! BLT and Burger was fantastic and chicken tenders were spot on. The waiter was very nice and personable as well. Would definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat

Ordered a filet mignon for 29.99 the meat was so grisly , I maybe got 3 bites of good meat.. so disappointed.. sent it back and the guy from the kitchen came out and said he was sorry- and said "I wondered about that piece of meat when I cut it ". My response "was then why did you serve it??" They comped the price of the meat but I had to pay for salad and drink.. probably won't go back.

When we first moved to Montana we were shocked on how nice everyone here was. We continuously gush to our family back home how kind everyone is. So you can imagine my extreme disappointment when we took my mom out on her first trip up, to her first Montana steakhouse, and the waitress (older blonde) here was incredibly surly and unkind. She didn’t even look at us in the eye and only gave a half smile when it was about time for her to get her check/tip. We were super embarrassed, and it made us look like liars. We will never be back here. The kids grilled cheese were also inedible. Some sort of odd tasting cooking spray on them.
