Second time giving them a chance, and unfortunately it was the last. On our first visit, the chef even came out to apologize for how the pizza looked—it tasted about a six at best. This time, it arrived deformed and burned. On top of that, $23 for a large, very thin-crust pizza without meat is just too high. We won’t be back.

Great pizza, clean restaurant, interesting decor, good price, great service, nice walk from or hotel. Very cool part of town

Horrible customer service. Dark haired lady was extremely rude. We had our 8 kids and had called ahead. Pizza was ready when we got there but for some reason they were irritated at us. Had to ask 3 times for plates and finally brought them after we were done. And pizza was not good. We had this pizza in kalispell and figured it would be the same but definitely was not. Will not return.

Bathrooms could use a good cleaning, but the food and service were great!

It is very very dirty. Sitting benches were full of crumbs and hard food, etc. The presentation of the food was awful and not consistent with the crust.. some thin, some thick. Burnt pizza and grisel on bottoms of pizza.

This Bullman’s isn’t want it use to be. It is very dirty - like gross, food crumbs everywhere on benches, tables dirty, floors. The pizzas that came to our table looked sloppy and horrible. Crust was burnt and some pizzas had thin crust and others were thicker. Their wood fire oven needs to be cleaned as well. Horrible grisel on bottom of crust.

Usually really good food, but close their door earlier than they say they serve till. So don’t try and sit down and eat anywhere close to closing time, they wont serve you.

Being from Chicago we wanted pizza that was close to home. The pizza was delicious along with the garlic cheese bread and salads. Staff was very friendly and definitely a place to go!

GREAT PIZZA!

Pizza is exceptional when not overloaded with toppings (and even that has its own charm—even though the crust isn't as crispy).
That plus the cheerful and effective service (I always leave with a smile) ser this place apart as the best pizza in Billings (for me).

The crust is very thin and crisp. The edge of the crust doesn't rise much so it is almost like a flat bread. The cook is nice on it with a slight char around the edge. The tomato sauce is tasty. The toppings are almost too much for the thinness of the crust.

We didn’t have a good experience here years ago, but we decided to give it another shot with family in town. Such a disappointment. We walked in and waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted. The woman immediately had a bad attitude and asked how many. We said 10 and 2 high chairs. We were in no rush and willing to wait, understanding that it takes time to accommodate and set up for a bigger group. She responded rudely “well we don’t have room for that.”Mind you it was a Sunday night, and the restaurant had a total of 3 tables sat and no reservations. She said all I can do is 2 separate booths. We asked if we could be on a wait list for us to be sat together. She said 15 minutes and walked away. She never came back. We talked about being fine with doing 2 separate booths upon the initial offer, but because of the terrible customer service we had no interest in staying. On top of that, a family of 4 that walked in right after us were never greeted and eventually left. I am a server in the service industry and I am always baffled by bad customer service when that is literally the main point of your job. On top of that it just feels lazy and doesn’t make any sense because when your restaurant is slow wouldn’t you want to take more people to make more money? Bad vibes. We took ourselves to Carbones instead and we were greeted with smiling faces, quick accommodation, and fantastic service.

There is NO WAY they are using grande cheese. Definitely not on the pizza we had. The dough is undercooked, raw and floppy. I would strongly not recommend.

Very tasty wood fired pizza. Crust was crispy and had just the right amount of “char”. The pizza sauce was delicious as were all the toppings. This was our second visit over the years and the pizza sauce, salads and service are consistently top tier.
