I worked at this place, I never served cold fries to nobody, I gave sauces and napkins like I was supposed to, I don't know what's going up there but the food is definitely not the same, change your oil first off, managers need to pay attention better. What's going on here. My whole meal sucked ass, I seriously will not eat there unless I know Jen or tevin or Harley are cooking. They know what there doing.

The French fries were cold we ordered 4 whopper jr only got three with cheese only and it was supposed to be one meat and cheese and one without onions had to turn around and go back almost late to the doctor appointment

I went there last night. With the free whopper code. I didn’t get the code right. It was 4 digit # Instead of the code the review website gives you. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by the manger Jen , and the gal taking my order. She was extremely rude and condescending to me over the mic , I forgot to add cheese to my whopper. So I asked for it at the window. The staff including the manager all started laughing and heckling me. I will never return to this establishment, because of there basic lack of customer service skills. And the manger promoting her staff to treat costumers so poorly. Not to mention there food usually isn’t good either.

We did not get our French fries and the chicken order only had 8 pieces. It clearly stated on our bag 1 large fries, 1 medium fries and 12 piece chicken fries. All not in the bag.

I always get drive thru here and it's never been wrong. I've never waited long for my food. My only complaint is sometimes I get old fries.
Parking: Parking always has plenty of spots. There's room for trailers to park.

Worst experience I have ever had. Doesn't make sense that these workers get paid as much as they do. Bread was hard as a rock and the experience was terrible. The staff was trained very poorly. Asked for the GM number and was told no.

I really wish you guys would tell cars to pull up front and wait because I am so tired of getting COLD fries that are not even remotely luke warm. I LOVE Burger King, but it is expensive and when I spend money on it, I shouldn't have to drive home (only 5 minutes) and microwave my fries/anything warm besides a burger. Please just give me hot or even lukewarm fries! D:

tried going in, got confronted by what i thought was another custom but it was an employee, thought we had a problem i said we just want food. walked in, another guy was an old friend and i got called the n word and i dont appreciate that :(

I don't understand this place. They take so many shortcuts. Like, how am I going to pay 10 dollars for a mediocre at best burger, and you aren't going to toast the bun. Are you that lazy that you can't even do something that takes 3 seconds ans vastly changed the quality of your signature sandwich?
