They did absolutely awesome when there was a problem with my food. I came to them with a complaint. And instead of arguing with me or trying to fight it, they took care of the problem. Their food is absolutely delicious to begin with. And nowadays, businesses will sit there and try to argue. They did not have 100% recommend this place.

I love when you order food and they aren’t busy and they tell you it’ll be ready in 15 minutes and then all the cooks come out to the lobby to hang out with their family member who are visiting I guess, and then before you know it 40 minutes rolled by till I got it. The owners son had to ask me if I’m waiting for an order and what do you know?? Another 20 minutes rolled by. Thanks for keeping me hostage for an hour Don Chuy, never coming back!

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERI3NCE...was literally the only customer...couldn't get seated...waitress was impossible....one would think a sopa dinner and 2 crispy tacos would not be difficult...but apparently she felt need to argue with me for 10 minutes about it...not at all surprised it's empty. Save yourself frustration and time and go elsewhere...I walked out before I was ever even able to order
The owner accosted me, spit at me, and was extremely aggressive toward me when I asked them to repair the damage to my car that occurred when their sign hit it.
The food has great flavor, cooked to order, not mass produced, authentic, and tasty!

I really loved this place. The atmosphere was satisfying and the service was beyond exceptional. The California burrito is so good. The prices are also very cheap for the amount of delicious food you get.
