Wish I could leave a 0. They need to hire more help!!! The wait here is ridiculous. Management needs to step in and help or something. I shouldn’t take 15 mins for 3 cars. And then we were asked to tell our order again and had to wait again for them to make them. I feel bad for the workers, they’re either backed up or short handed….

Had there biscuits and gravy. I'm from the south I know biscuits and gravy this wasn't it way to much black pepper and you don't put jalapeños in biscuits and gravy. Coffee also tasted burnt wont be back.

today is my best friends birthday and i stopped at the location on 8th and central and asked her to make my best friends coffee extra special and she did such an amazing job! our coffees were perfect and she made my friends coffee so cute!!! she is definitely my favorite barista!!!

I come here a couple of times a year to get the biscuits and gravy. Today, I was the only one in the drive-thru, yet, I got told to pull over for my order. I got my bag and it was cold. I only took a few little bites before giving up. Service has been gradually declining since the store opened on 20th St. I don’t know if its short staffed or what, but I am pretty let down.

I’ve been here about 5 times now. One of the times I ordered Chili and they gave it to me very cold. Another time they took 20 minutes to get French toast slices. However this time it took almost 20 minutes to get 2 burritos. There was only 2 people ahead of me. I decided to drive out of the drive through to go inside. The customers ahead of me didn’t get helped for about 5-7 minutes. Every time I come to this location the wait time is horrendous. The one on Grand is so much better. The service is amazing. The people are amazing there. And the wait time for food is non existent. I tried to give this location a chance but every time it ends badly. Would not recommend this one.

I wish the burgers had a single option, but the fries are the best I've ever had! And always prefer their coffee over anyone else.

Because I’m a regular at the Heights location and they’re just gonna shut it down. I literally come to this place every single day and they’re just gonna shut it down. Not even thinking about their customers. Should I liked me see if they don’t care about their customers

I've been to BW Blacksmith Coffee several times and every time the food and service is consistently outstanding. Not only is their coffee excellent, but their food is freshly prepared. Most importantly every time I am there each staff member goes out of their way to be helpful and is very friendly. They obviously enjoy working there.

Seems the people who work here are to incompetent to remember an order, know when a drink is full, wipe a lid. Stir a a drink, or make a decent tasting coffee. Will not return.

People were friendly and service was speedy, but the coffee was not very good and the food was dry. I am pretty confident the coffee was some sort of instant stuff; it wasn't very good at all. I was excited to try it, too, because the food was supposed to be really good and made from scratch. I got a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and the eggs were bland, the biscuit dry, and just overall disappointing. Biscuits are pretty easy to make from scratch, so either these were pretty old, or they don't know how to make biscuits. Either way, I'm good on eating here again. At least the staff was friendly.

I ordered a coffee and chicken strips snd fries. I was told to pull up and they would bring it out to me. I sat there for over 20 min finally went in and asked for my food. I was told it was still not done so I asked for a refund. They did not apologize or try to make it right in any way so I will never go there again!

The food is good, when it’s made correctly, Sadly have been disappointed to many times at this location to ever come back. Our molten chiller was depressingly under-filled, and our burger was made wrong as well. Cassie is the only quality barista/cook there, everyone else has terrible customer service and attitude. Shout out to Cassie for being a boss always ? I’ll continue to go to the location on Grand, much better than King.
