we went through the drive through and the lady working was seriously rushing us to order, continuously asking “what was that”. when my boyfriend asked for a minute, she said take your time and proceeded to sigh into the speaker. took a long time to get our food, at least 10 minutes, and they didn’t even give us our entire order.

It was my first time coming here I didn’t know how the menu worked we had a concern about the food The drive thru worker Miracle was very rude and defensive and pretty much made it our fault and said we should know what comes in the food. Probably will never be coming here again. Im very disappointed because everyone was telling me how good it was.

Food is ok. However we have rarely eaten in a restaurant that was this dirty. The floors were filthy. The glass doors were full of fingerprints. The soda machines were sticky and gross. This wasn’t the first time either. There won’t be a third time.?

I love their sweet Barbacoa pork. Charbel Was working at the register tonight, and he is such a fun gentleman. He even gave me a pumpkin that he grew in his garden! Great place.

Update it is absolutely filthy. Mold at the soda machine where you get ice. Tables never clean. Come on cafe rio clean up!!!!!!Absolutely enjoy cafe Rio. Love love the bbq pork . I haven't had a bad meal there yet

I’ve given Café Rio multiple chances, but the service and order accuracy have been consistently disappointing. Time and again, my orders have been messed up, whether it’s missing ingredients or completely wrong items. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered.

What makes it worse is the customer service. It doesn’t feel like the staff cares about fixing mistakes or helping customers. There's a lack of attentiveness and urgency, and you definitely don’t get the feeling that they care about your experience. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but at this point, it feels like I’m wasting my time and money. This restaurant needs some serious attention.

Went in tonight (Thursday October 10, 2024) for dinner and ordered - Sweet Pork Quesadilla, Tacos, Chicken Tortilla Soup and Elote and Chips! The gentleman who waited on us is named Sumo - I did ask if that was his real name and they said yes, lol. He listened to us and didn't give us attitude when we added another item to our order (The Elote and Chips)! We wanted to give him a shout out and thank you for EXCELLENT Customer Service!

No customer service standards dirty restaurant trash on the floor and bags stacked on bags of trash in the back foul language and racial slurs. I will never go back the company standards have just gone away and I doubt with the night staff it will ever come back

If you deliver food, don't come here. They will let you to stand for twenty minutes with no help.

Order is always incorrect! My last order was the last drop. How can you mess up a 2 tres leches and 1 lime pie order? How difficult is that?

If you go right after work, expect a line, but it moves quickly. Just 30 minutes later, there was no line.

Unfortunately, most of the food was not very good and partially incorrect. Tacos were drowning in liquid and soggy with very little meat. Sadly, feeling pretty disappointed in the flavor amd quality. Chips and queso was good though and the service at least!

Great food: tortillas were freaking yum, (Thursday special) shrimp, sweet pork and awesome sauces!! By the time I thought about a photo my food was gone!

Food was decent, but the person at the register was pretty rude and one of the other girls seemed annoyed when I asked her a question. My first time at a Cafe Rio, and after asking for chips and salsa the girl just said, "Go ask him." Giving 3 stars because the gentleman giving me the salsa/dishing up lettuce on my bowl was SOOOO nice and efficient once he figured out we needed salsa. The food was also decent. Bathrooms were messy, which I understand happens when you're busy, but the entire toilet paper roll holder was just hanging open so there wasn't even room much to get to the toilet.

I can honestly say in all my years I have never had worse food or visited a place quite as dirty as this one unbelievable do not recommend and it was way way overpriced I just can't believe how incredibly bad this place is
