I love this Brewery. We found it on Boondockers Welcome as we are travel around the country. We have been in Fort Collins for 3 Days visiting friends and riding bikes from one brewery to the next. We rolled into the parking lot in our 40' 5th wheel just in time to grab a beer at 7:55 p.m. M y Hefe was the best Hefe I've had in 56 years. I wanted a second one but they can't serve after 8:00.
