Hello. I wanted to see if anyone else noticed the extra service charge at the bottom of your bill for using a debit card ( same as cash ) to pay your bill. Why? I asked the nice waitress. She replied that it is unfortunate that they charge that. Then, the manager or supervisor came over and got mouthy and stated that everyone is charging those fees ( which is a lie except for the Den ) Nothing but greed!! Carbones food sucks BTW. under cooked wings and super nasty mush crust pizza!! Stop ripping people off!!

The servers and bartenders are absolutely amazing here, however when it comes to petty issues such as a side of dressing, ranch or blue cheese, you can see the frustration in them when they have to charge you for each side just because the kitchen manager insists upon it, which apparently comes from the owner. Hopefully not…. being in the service industry for 30 years charging for petty things imo just is a put off for customers. Why do so??? if somebody wants two sides of blue cheese for their buffalo wings give them two sides of blue cheese dressing. It’s a matter of $.50 tops for food cost. It’s just aggravating as a customer to be charged one dollar for each side of dipping sauces for fries, buffalo wings, etc. obviously understandable if somebody wants five sides of ranch for one order of fries totally different situation, but this is a very rare situation as well….

We ordered a combo take out 14” with traditional crust . Brought it home and it was so dang weird . It was cut into a bunch of squares like 1x1” squares and a slimy mess . Dough was gross ! We also got six mozzarella sticks for 11.50 that were nasty and not even melted . Won’t go back !

Refused to refund or not charge for a sandwich that was inedible I was expecting a cold sandwich but apparently they are all hot . Well the hot sandwich wasn’t hot or toasted the tomatoes and mayonnaise were warm. Expecting bacon strips and got bacon bits and lunch meat $19.00 for something that wasn’t eaten or edible. Was offered something else or a cold sandwich but the quality wasn’t worth having them make another one. Employee said she couldn’t refund or not charge for the sandwich but comped me my $1.19 ice tea but not the drink of the other guests. I will be going to Bullmans for my thin crust pizza from now on. I had been dining in here for pizza once a month.

We got take out. It was so loud and hard to hear the person right across from you. I could just hear everyone else yelling to their own party. The food we ordered was terrible. We got a regular pizza and a gluten free pizza. That was one of the worst gluten free pizzas I have ever had. It was so bland. It tasted like plain tomato paste with plain unflavored cheese. Really disappointing. We thought we would try it instead of other restaurants we've had before, since we were from out of town. The only thing good about our experience was the sweet girl who took our order. The people there were very friendly. The pizzas were terrible.
