They serve some tasty beers in a relaxed and dog-friendly environment. Their Saison beer is the epitome of "I want to freeze it in the winter and skate on it. Then melt it in the spring time and drink it"

Jessica is the best!I tried both the Wild Child hibiscus tart and the island fever coconut porter and they were both equally amazing.

Great beer!! Stools to sit on are sooo uncomfortable there is no worry about staying long! Ouch. Popcorn machine empty when we were there. No bagged anything for snacks while having a beer! You guys are missing the boat. What does it take to put in a few snacks? Sorry but Canyon Creek Brewery has it ALL.??

Came here for a date night recently and the beer was great. Perfect atmosphere and very lively. Carter's service was great and friendly. The food is provided by a next-door company and your order on your phone -- the food was REALLY good -- but the service was meh -- it wasn't much better than bringing take-out from someplace else. The fries were a bit soggy because they were boxed up. But the burgers were amazing.

Carter's Brewing is the home of Ghost Train IPA. By far the best and most bold IPA brewed in Billings. Or surrounding areas.Kind of a beer joint. With good beer. And non stylish vibes for worker guys and gals.21 beers were listed on the menu board. All 21 were brewed in Carters.

Open daily 4-8. Large selection of beers and good price...$5 a piece for the 2 beers we had.

Service was great! There was only one bartender on a Friday night in the summer which seemed a little crazy to me. She busted her tail and was awesome! The beer was okay, the Scottish Ale was good and their 3440 session IPA was as good too.

One of the finest gems of the beer world with an incredible selection. Fine IPA's, lagers, and a tasty variety of rotators.

No food but beer was good. I sampled four IPA's and they were all good but my favorite IPA was at our next stop up the street! Nevertheless, this is a good place to sample many different kinds of beer as they have a lot. The young lady working alone was almost swamped but had a friendly attitude about serving.
