Billings is so lucky to have this place. The same quality in any major city is $80. And just as likely the quality wont be as good as Carverss. Loved pichana ribeye and beef rib. But many of the other meat were great too. I am gonna give big props to the fried cheese and honey and the grilled pineapple for being good choices that are not meat The salad bread soup bar are fresh and tasty but u got go meats at a Brazilian steakhouse. Shout out to the solid caipirinha! At all levels
Don't let the price of the meal turn you away, you will be fed some top quality food here. Everything from lamb to chicken prepared many different ways to pork, beef and shrimp. Oh I can't forget the grilled pineapple. The salad bar has a great variety of different foods that you won't find anywhere else. The staff members are amazing and very generous with the amount of meat you get. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and I'll gladly eat here...
Wonderful service and food. We had a large group-14 at one long table. It was difficult to talk to each other so if there was a separate room with a couple tables it would have been better. I will know to request.
