Horrible machines, couldn't get a bonus to save my life, and when I did, I only ever got maybe $10. $600 down and a huge never again. I understand casinos are meant to make money, but that was completely absurd. Generally, I get some kind of return, but not here. It was such a bad experience that I want to make extra accounts to demonstrate the true rating of this casino. And not just me, everyone around me lost, one lady lost $500, another gentleman lost $700, and countless others walked out without cashing out. Having a slot machine and having a rigged slot are 2 different things.

I've gone to Cash Casino a few times and service isn't what it should be. I've been in the industry for over 15 years. I went into Cash Casino last night and was given ny first drink. After that, the attendants never came back to check on me. (There were two of them that night. I did (luckily) cash a ticket for $500. I sat there waiting. I just about left with my ticket to bring back the next day. Maybe because I wasn't a regular? Do the attendants there assume I don't tip? Who knows. My gain and their loss. That could have been a good tip for them. Whether people tip or not, they should receive great service. Maybe it's the younger generation who really don't know much about customer service.

I love all the staff This is by FAR the best casino in Billings. I spend a lot here, but I also win alot! They have a points.sustem too, and let me just tell you, I'm always coming out ahead! I love the options at the bar. I meet new people everytime I journey to this place. Absolutely 10 out of 5 stars! Thank you cash casino!

It's a nice little Casino situated by nice hotels (Hilton & Marriott). The service is GREAT! I'd like to see live bands, exotic dancers, dimmer lights, and a dress code (Sports Jackets and slacks required)~ but then again I often forget I'm in Montana....Keep up the great work!

The staff was excellent and very attention. I don't visit casinos often so there is not a ton to compare it to but it seemed clean and the server checked on me frequently.
