Chalet Market is my go-to deli sandwich shop. The consistency in product and service through the years is unmatched. The soups have that home cooked feel and taste that you can't get enough of. The bread on the sandwiches is sent from bread heaven and everything always tastes so fresh. We also love browsing the Montana Made products.

I have nothing but positives to say about this place.This restaurant does an amazing job in both their speed and quality of food but also their customer service and personability as well.These people not only are quick, concise and accurate with their handling of food, but also in their order taking and delivery.The people there care about their job and the people they serve and it truly shows in the service you receive.I would personally love to thank each and every one of them for the amazing job they do and hope they receive the recognition they so deeply deserve.10/10 would absolutely recommend!

I've been going to Chalet Market for longer than I care to admit. I've always order the same thing - The Chalet Market Special on wheat, with no mayo. I think the bread changed slightly when the ownership change happened (a long time ago now), but it's still as delicious as always. Even though I no longer live in Billings, I still make it a point to stop in when I'm in town. This time was as great as always.

Kristi did great at letting us know what beers/wines were available for order thru her distributers, recommended wines my guests loved, and even took our sparkling cider to chill for us. She was very organized, timely, and pleasant. She walked through our timeline with us to ensure she would have all events covered. Price was great. Could not be happier with their service!Delivered CateringAdded lunch delivery to our contract, Kristi made it very easy to do so. We ordered a mixed platter of sandwiches as recommended for 30. They were absolutely delicious. We also ordered a fruit platter and mixed dessert platter. The cut cookies on the dessert platter were amazing as well! Order was delivered on time, with go-boxes and forks/napkins. Perfect execution.

I go there a lot and am always satisfied with my order.But on Sunday, June 10, 2023 l ordered a sandwich and no one else was there waiting.It took 20 minutes. My sandwhich had half of what was supposed to be on it and missing the other ingredients. Sad.

I had a deli roast beef sandwich. They have a sandwich spread that is difficult to describe but is tangy and sweet and is a great compliment to the sandwich. The place is small, but it was very clean for just being at the end of the lunch rush.
Love their sandwiches but they need to plan ahead for the lunch customers. Running out of bread is poor management. Downtown 2/14/23. Thank you for the crab salad sandwich. I will be back

Great food and better employees ? had a double charge on my debit card no biggie it happens but they made it right straight away and I really appreciate that after being out doing deliveries for 3 hours me and my autistic son decided to treat ourselves to the best soup and sandwich place in the whole town and it was a great end to our door dash day shift

I can't speak for the food, because we went for their selection of Huckleberry products, of which they offer a pretty good selection. Even up north, the huckleberry products are expensive, and they're "imported" down to Billings. So prices are a bit spendy, but the huckleberry products are great quality and fabulous! I even got "No Sugar Added" jam!

12-2022: Great service! This business fulfilled and shipped my online order to Hawaii so quickly, I barely had time to let the recipients know it was coming - this has never happened before with other businesses and parcels destined for Hawaii. I will definitely use Chalet Market again. Oh, and I didn't know they had a deli. I'll have to try it next time I'm passing through Billings.
