Chalet Market Downtown Deli

Puts uber orders on back burner, claims sandwich maker is outside even though two workers are making sandwiches in front of me, conplete and utter bullcrap

I miss the 24th Street location. Now it's only the downtown location so I don't get to get my treat nearly as often and they're not open on the weekends. Downtown location was good but it's only noon and they're already out of all of the variety soups they would normally have after 12:30pm?

They microwaved the crap out of my meatball sub so the bread is hard and it fell apart so I couldn't eat it as a sandwich, I ate it like a fricken caveman. Plus it seems my years of going to the west end chalet didn't matter because they deleted all of my reward points instead of transferring everything to the one "new" location. This experience made me feel like they only cater to downtown folk and I am past 24th. Too bad. You guys were great for the longest time!

I only have experience with the downtown location, but it never disappoints. I’ve had lunches here, and now they have a full coffee bar with espresso and speciality coffee drinks. They make the best lavender lattes in town—run, don’t walk!

Best sandwiches in the country and huge location

I love the berrylicious turkey, on a croissant! My order was delivered. I finally got to take a moment to eat and I realized it's NOT on a croissant. Grrr, I paid extra for that sandwich.

These are the best sandwiches I've ever had! They are loaded with meat and are incredibly inexpensive for how great they are! Can't go wrong with the combo!

This place used to have excellent to-go salads, as I work in an office downtown and it's very convenient. However, after paying $16.20 for one *large* salad with a $3.80 tip, this is what I received for "extra meat, extra cheese, and mixed greens upgrade". Ordered Super Italian, didn't have the jalapenos.Absolute joke of a salad for $20.Service was friendly but won't be ordering again.

I bought Montana gifts for my friends. The staff put together a great gift box for me. BTW, their sandwiches are great.

During the pandemic we were eating their takeout 1-2 a week for 2 years (now it's just once a week) and always pleased. Their turkey sandwich with raspberry jalapeno sauce and their turkey BLT with Guacamole are favorites but it's hard to go wrong there. It's proximity to West High School makes the lunch rush intense for about 15 minutes a day but they're a very smooth running operation and fast for cold sandwiches.

Whether I eat there every week or once a year, it is consistently delicious! Nothing better than a locally owned restaurant!
