There is a blonde girl staff that didn’t listen to any customer. Only making her order but not listen at all. The next male staff then take over her spot and immediately asked me what we need and gave me the sauce they forgot to give me.

4 stars on service. All bc I witnessed a gentleman who seem to homeless. With a bigo backpack. And s few other items. Clean guy like he knows how to shower etc.. and the manager I assume, tried to kick him out. I thought this was a Christian fast food,.. what happened to this world .. pray for it

Should have taken a photo of a bun, cheese slice, unmelted. Greenleaf with fries. Had to dig to find a small piece of chicken. Burger King would be bigger for what I paid for this. They are building a new place in Bozeman, I'm not going to waste my money there.

I was bringing my little brother to eat lunch, there were no parking spots so I went to turn around in the drive thru parking area and a young kid with dirty blonde hair came out, he was being extremely rude telling me I can’t pull in that area, I was turning around and the kid did not give me a chance to tell him that nor did he even say please. Very rude! Will not go back with kids working here with that attitude, unacceptable customer service.

My family go to chic filet once a week at least until the new year hit. After that it's been crappy service and food. From long waits to old hashbrown and hard biscuits. The most recent experience has officially drove me away. When I got to the order point in drive thru, I wasn't greeted like at all. I waited for 2 minutes before I said hello. After that the ease of placing my order was fine. I ordered a spicy biscuit meal with a parfait and the new pineapple sunjoy. I paid, waiting another 4 min for my food. I get home and the biscuit was fresh but it wasn't spicy, I also didn't get the 1 sauce packet I ordered. So I call the store and Lucas answers I started to speak and he hung up on me! I call again and it was a gal, she had said hello a couple times and then said call back I have to get a different phone, okay that's fine. I call back for the third time and the gal answered, I explained my situation and I was on my way back. I get the store and go thru drive thru again and again waited 2 min to be greeted. I explained who I was and that I called. Got to the pickup spot and everyone rushed to the window to try and help which seemed great, seemed like they cared. I explained to 3 people because all 3 wanted the same story so after that I was overwhelmed, still fine. The apologized and had a new sandwich ready. I left I get home, and guess what still not what I ordered but not only that, the second sandwich was WORSE than the first one! The biscuit was hard and the chicken was almost cold. Im done. Do better chic filet kitchen staff. I can deal with slow service and everything else but the kitchen needs to get their poop in a group. Have a blessed day !
