Out of everything. How can you be a chipotle and be out of salad, veggies and chips? Seriously??

I ordered takeout for my family. When we got home the chips and guacamole were missing. This is unacceptable. Our order should have been 100% correct. The guacamole that we got for the burrito wasn’t fresh. I will not be ordering take out again. Bummer because in past experiences our order has been correct.

Ordered a burrito and chips/questions via Uber. Uber deliver a cold burrito. Could not even spare the foil to cover the burrito. Also delivered questions with no chips. Drive to the location and am told we had no chips we took your money anyways.

I stopped in to pick up takeout and ordered tacos to avoid the sogginess that often occurs with burritos after a ten-minute drive home. To my surprise, the staff member wrapped the tacos in aluminum foil without providing a bowl, which caused them to leak everywhere and turn into a mess when I opened them. Additionally, the portion sizes were unreasonably small.

No fajita veggies. No pico de gallo. Rice looks like it's been in that steam table since lunch. Very disappointing

Too Industrial for me! Food was lukewarm. But I was starving 😫 so I ate it. Yes, I would still eat there 😋

This was my first time ever eating at Chipotle and it was amazing! The staff there seemed to really like their job and it was a cool little place to grab a quick bite to eat.

They said are allowing people to use a military discount in uniform, but not with their id card. This makes no sense as anyone can buy a uniform, not anyone can get a card

Make sure to check your receipt. I was charged $30 instead of my $11 order. I went to the store and explained. They viewed the camera and said we agree with you but you have to call corporate. I got the run around on email for 2 days and they eventually said "sucks to be you."

Whoever is over-salting everything NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. They’re trying to give us a heart attack

Delivery drivers beware. They will not start order untill the computer tells them to. when other restaurants know to start it right away. Forcing you to stand there like a dummy for fifteen minutes before they will even start it. Come here to make less money.

Me and my partner come here every Sunday evening as some sort of little ~thing~ we have and it’s always a good experience. Food is awesome, the place is nice, the guys who work there are cordial. Can’t say I’ve ever had a bad time, and if something goes awry they always have a way to fix it. Won’t go to any other Chipotle (even if this one wasn’t the closest one).
