Chipotle Mexican Grill

The burrito had virtually no meat in it and I know what normal is. I actually thought I forgot to specify the protein, which was not the case, because at least 3/4 of it had none. No salsa as ordered. Rice undercooked. This location tends to be inconsistent and this last trip was disappointing, especially considering I often tip.

I went here yesterday, Saturday 10-26-24. I was going to get a burrito to split with my partner. It was not busy. Got white rice on a tortilla and when it came time for the beans(I like pinto) the beans looked slimy yet very old and swollen/cracked. I said rather politely “I’d like the pinto beans but those look kind of funky” and the worker replied “I don’t blame you” and proceeded to stir what I’m guessing to be previous days beans in with fresh beans at the bottom of the pan. I used to work with beans and when beans go bad it’s apparent both in appearance and smell/taste. Upon realizing this person does not really care if recieve a good product or not I offered to pay for the tortilla and rice and opted to go to Qdoba. At least they understood and declined to charge me.

Always a good eat. Careful with the hot salsa or your leather doughnut will have a rough time.

Watched a worker come out of the restaurant in his apron and wearing gloves. He went to his car and grabbed something. Still wearing the same gloves he touched the handle of the front door and didn’t take the gloves off. So gross that our food is being prepared with the same gloves.

If you don’t like spice I don’t recommend that you come here because you can’t get a single piece of meat that isn’t spicy. The chips and guacamole are pretty good.

This location often is low on food items at times of day it shouldn't be. 8PM 4 items not available, two employees cleaning the grill, people standing waiting, only one person serving then in line... No concessions for unavailable items.... Very frustrating as where I live we don't have a Chipotle so when we come to Billings we/I want Chipotle.

Restaurant didn’t have veggies again, and steak was one big grisly piece not even cut through all the way.

I love that you can eat healthy and still enjoy delicious food. ?I had a fantastic experience! The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and friendly. The quality of the products was top-notch, making my visit truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Can’t believe the way this was wrapped! And the lack of foil, I just have never seen such a horrible job. The way she wrapped the burrito the ends were not together and looked like they were just smashed together. The chips were disgusting, as you can see they were stuck together and the ones that were not, tasted and cooked poorly. The inside of the restaurant was extremely dirty and the trash cans were completely full and over flowing. The soda machine was out of coke, it just shot all over my hand the carbonation. For what I got I paid $22! Very Disappointed Chipotle!

Parking: There are not enough parking spots close, you have to park behind the restaurant and walk a distance

Hands down this is the worst chipotle in America. Just got lunch from here today. There was so much salt in the rice it crunched. Only took 3 bites of a burrito and have been sick for the last 2 hours. Don’t waste your money.

Extremely dirty! The food was below average (chicken was dry, corn was ice cold...) I also got almost no food.

5:00 pm ...sunday eve The place was a pig sty. All tables were dirty , floor was dirty, condiment & soda dispensing area was a mess and the kitchen floor was dirty. We lost our appetite and left while hardly eating any of our meals. To clean our table the attendant just took a rag and wiped it to the floor.
