First time being at a Chipotle, got most of my food. Joined the rewards club and ordered the Welcome Free Guacamole and didn’t get it with my order. Yeah it automatically took $2.75 off my order, but I was looking forward to tasting their Guacamole. Remember to always check your to go order that you have all items you asked for. App customer service is very slow to respond to issues. Yeah I finally got a free guacamole that I have to use in next 30 days. Bad thing is I’m from out of town and won’t be going back to a Chipotle any time soon. I’m four hours away from the closest one. Someday I’ll maybe give them another try.

I paid $12 for a burrito that is not even the size of my hand. In fact the kids meal that I got for my two-year-old son is bigger than my burrito. And that’s after sitting in the drive-through for 10 minutes after the time it said it would be ready

Had a great experience with Ethan. Our good was delicious and his attitude was so friendly! Really everyone on the staff was friendly. I will definitely be making the drive out there again for great food and great customer service.

Super clean, absolutely loved the atmosphere. We were helped by a young man named Ethan who looked to be a manager of sorts. he was very polite, very helpful, and the portions were great. 10/10 would recommend if you haven't been!

Very good food, Very pleasant workers, I counted around 6-7 workers which is awesome but I forgot my Mustard at home so i couldn’t dip my burrito in it 😞

A HUGE shout out to the staff working Sat evening (08/30)! They went above and beyond to make our experience great. We showed up 15 minutes before closing. We've shown up at this time before and have been served (and have seen others do the same -- it's not unheard of at this location). However this time, they had cleared most of the food early. I apologized to them and asked if it was still possible to order (but did realize they might say no and we would be out of luck)... but they truly stepped up and apologize to us, as they realized it was not the right decision to clean up before closing time. They didn't have all the options available but readily made available all that they could for us. And they apologize more than once, wanting to make it right. I truly commend their actions! And we will return because of it. We've experienced restaurants/ coffee shops/ take 'n' bake pizzas all closing well before their posted times (some by an hour) and the employees saying sorry not sorry. Sadly some managers have not cared. But this store! Wow. In an age were most take the easy route, this band of guys did not. And they really stood out because of it. I would gladly support them again with my business. Manager! You have an amazing team. And it will go a long way. Thank you so much! Till next time. Shout out to the guys! You rock!

Went here and Adrian severed me with his grippers while explaining his friend group(Ohio), just down the street is a barbershop where you can get a hair cut for a quarter. Eventually Enrique rang me up with speed and precision with the total for my family of 6 being 67$.

The burrito had virtually no meat in it and I know what normal is. I actually thought I forgot to specify the protein, which was not the case, because at least 3/4 of it had none. No salsa as ordered. Rice undercooked. This location tends to be inconsistent and this last trip was disappointing, especially considering I often tip.

I went here yesterday, Saturday 10-26-24. I was going to get a burrito to split with my partner. It was not busy. Got white rice on a tortilla and when it came time for the beans(I like pinto) the beans looked slimy yet very old and swollen/cracked. I said rather politely “I’d like the pinto beans but those look kind of funky” and the worker replied “I don’t blame you” and proceeded to stir what I’m guessing to be previous days beans in with fresh beans at the bottom of the pan. I used to work with beans and when beans go bad it’s apparent both in appearance and smell/taste. Upon realizing this person does not really care if recieve a good product or not I offered to pay for the tortilla and rice and opted to go to Qdoba. At least they understood and declined to charge me.

Watched a worker come out of the restaurant in his apron and wearing gloves. He went to his car and grabbed something. Still wearing the same gloves he touched the handle of the front door and didn’t take the gloves off. So gross that our food is being prepared with the same gloves.
