Many times we’ve left without eating because this Chipotle is very often out of the grilled vegetables. Catch a clue Chipotle!

Its absolutely frustrating when I'm trying to confirm an online order to feed my team of employees and I can only get an AI response that continuously tries to take my order and when i finally get it to transfer I can never get ahold of the store for a simple 30 second confirmation as orders placed online are almost always incorrect, from now on these company lunches will go to another restaurant more capable of providing proper customer service and actual help.

Where to begin - we have been coming here pretty much every other week right around opening on Sundays since this location opened. Today was the final straw - I don't know when / if we'll be back again. So many times this location has been unprepared / out of ingredients - no salad dressing made, no iced tea brewed, occasionally even out of major things like a protein. We've tried to be gracious but it's simply a repeated pattern now. It isn't a problem with the supply chain - its a management problem. Today we were there are 10:45am when it opened. An employee rolled up right at 10:45 behind us and unlocked the doors. We entered to find all the chairs still stacked and mats rolled up from the prior night (and the floor didn't look clean), only half of the serving stations filled with ingredients, and no one even bothered to say hello or an update on when things would be ready. Nothing was prepped. Nothing was ready. Today was the worst we've ever seen. Can't say its a labor shortage when its been happening for years - and Jimmy Johns and all your surrounding restaurants don't seem to have an issue being ready by open. We left and went somewhere else. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area, we'll happily go somewhere else.

Ordered a burrito bowl. Dude gave me half a scoop of rice and like 8 beans, literally. I asked for more beans, he said no. I said I am not paying for that so he said I could leave.

The food was good as usual, the service the same as anywhere else, but every single dining table but one had food all over it and the entire time we were eating no one wiped down any tables.

First time being at a Chipotle, got most of my food. Joined the rewards club and ordered the Welcome Free Guacamole and didn’t get it with my order. Yeah it automatically took $2.75 off my order, but I was looking forward to tasting their Guacamole. Remember to always check your to go order that you have all items you asked for. App customer service is very slow to respond to issues. Yeah I finally got a free guacamole that I have to use in next 30 days. Bad thing is I’m from out of town and won’t be going back to a Chipotle any time soon. I’m four hours away from the closest one. Someday I’ll maybe give them another try.

I paid $12 for a burrito that is not even the size of my hand. In fact the kids meal that I got for my two-year-old son is bigger than my burrito. And that’s after sitting in the drive-through for 10 minutes after the time it said it would be ready

Super clean, absolutely loved the atmosphere. We were helped by a young man named Ethan who looked to be a manager of sorts. he was very polite, very helpful, and the portions were great. 10/10 would recommend if you haven't been!
