Would like to know why they never want to make anything on their menu. Been here 3 times and all 3 times they were standing around. The girl helping me was rude. Asked for chicken and fajita veggies and said they don’t have any made and didn’t offer to make it while 3 others were standing there. Would be nice if they were over and did their jobs. So glad I paid $20 for a few pieces of steak no cheese and a shit ton of lettuce when I said light.

Filthiest Chipotle I have ever been in! Every window and surface in the place looked like a school bus load of snotty nosed kids ran their grubby hands across ALL OF IT! Seriously—the whole place was disgusting.could barely see out the glass windows due to all the smears and grime. On a good note, the bathrooms were cleaner than the dinning room! Maybe eat your burrito in there? The drink filling area looked as though it had never been cleaned. No napkins to be found anywhere. We had to wait for veggies to cook. This was all just after they opened, a few minutes after 11:00 A. M. So, it definitely should not have looked like this at this early hour of the day. And, shoot, this store isn’t even that old! Will NOT be back to this dirty Chipotle.

My Brother n I tried this chipotle the guy at the front had no personality n wasn’t very friendly. The food station was disgusting and gross looking. Food all over! Un except -able in my option! There was food all over the floor!? But that’s what I get for not looking at reviews.

Was very impressed today with the heights chipotle. I was there to pick up a catering order but it had accidentally been ordered for the following day. They very quickly and efficiently got the order together for me in probably 30 minutes and were very communicative and polite to help me out through the ordering error which was not their fault. Everyone was great, one guy said to me " we'll get all hands on it"! Shout out to all of you for the great work, I hope you all split my big tip. The food was great for the catering event and everyone raved about the food. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Thanks for the hustle y'all!!
Walked in and the whole restaurant was messy. The floor was littered with trash, the table where food is assembled was disgusting. Went to grab a fork in the utensil bin which wasn't very neat and the one I grabbed had grime on it. Our little guacamole container seemed like it had more guac on it than in it. Overall customer experience wasn't great and kinda unpleasant. I was so excited to try chipotle was disappointed.

This is a great place to eat!! The food is delicious and the staff is super friendly and thoughtful, had a great girl walk me through how to order since I had never been before, fantastic service!! Great for a new spot to try and relatively healthy since everything is made fresh! Definitely will be returning
