My husband and I had dinner at Ciao Mambo yesterday for our two year wedding anniversary. We were informed of the long wait time, but we were more than willing to wait. We ordered our pastas and added a Caesar salad on the side. I unfortunately forgot to mention that I have a mushroom allergy and was not aware that the salad came with mushrooms until it arrived at our table, but our server was super kind and quickly took the salad away and asked for a new salad to be made mushroom...read full review
Tried a few times - food was always exceptional. Service and wait time for food were horrible. Our waitress paid minimal attention to our table the entire time- finally after almost 2 hours we requested our food to go and left
Exceptional food, but very disappointing service. Our waitress, Ashley, paid 0 attention to our table the entire evening not to mention having to go up to the bar to request the check and boxes after waiting for 20 minutes.
