I go to the location on 16th & grand all the time, and it’s always a highlight of my day. The ladies working never fail to put a smile on my face! They have some of the best customer service in this town. I’m not too adventurous with foods, so I always order the same sandwich & drink, but I’m never disappointed. Their ciabatta sandwich is my go to breakfast, and they’ve perfected my drink to the point that I can’t go anywhere else!

Had an order delivered by DD for a sugar free coffee and while what I received tasted good and was marked as SF, it was not and it immediately had my blood sugar skyrocketing.

8am and they didn’t have any coffee brewed which seemed strange. I waited for them to brew some, I left and had a sip and I was undrinkable, when straight to the trash.

I have made the mistake of ordering my coffee to this location twice now and every time it is just awful. The girls are not very pleasant either. So here again I sit with a $7 coffee for the second time that just tastes awful. I usually go to the one on 24th and Central, have never had a bad experience and my coffee is always on point.
