We go to City Brew 1-2 per week. I went through the drive thru and didn't realize my order was wrong until I got home. I went back to have my order fixed and was treated poorly. After the drinks were fixed, they tasted like steam milk with a hint of flavoring. City Brew's overall quality has gone down hill in the last couple of years and their prices have gone up. I will give my business to a different coffee shop from now on.

I received a tall black coffee, I had to take the order back and have it corrected. Hannah was the barista, she seemed extremely overwhelmed, thus being a little rude. The young man taking the orders was sweet and professional. This was my first and last visit.

City Brew on 18th and Grand poor job today!!! I ordered two drinks not that special but we asked for whipped cream our drinks had none. The kind lady fixed the issue but it held us up and everybody else in the drive thru line. Plus our coffee drinks had to go back inside.. for 17.00 for two coffees they should get it right
