I only had a cup of coffee, so the food was neutral, but the staff was helpful and friendly. 1 set of 4 chairs facing each other, 2 bench style seating areas and plenty of tables to sit at.

Went thru drive thru! No one would take my order so pulled up to window to give order! Than was told I could not get my points after I paid because that needs to be done first!! Well shouldn't you ask me if I am a rewards member before I pay?

The baristas are friendly and helpful. Fair amount of seating. They have a good selection of drinks. Good place to meet friends. Their tea is pretty flavorless. While they have a far better selection of flavor add-ins, particularly sugar-free, than Starbucks, their coffee is pretty weak. Their Chargers are good.
The staff knows your name and remembers I use a straw with my coffee.

Ordered two fit frappes and made sure they were aware that my hubby and I are lactose intolerant that's y we order the fit frappes cuz they r supposed to b made with cold brew not milk . We definitely did not taste the cold brew in there and it was extremely sick so I'm pretty sure that they use milk instead I have been trying to reach out and get their phone number so they can make it right but I cannot find a phone number for them I even contacted a different City Brew to try to get the phone number to no avail.
