They forgot the whipped cream, our white chocolate mocha was not mixed and it was crunchy with powder, they forgot the soft top on my drink and hastily added it on and barely put any, and used the wrong lid. Worst city brew in town. Ruined my wedding day

Good spot, have a tendency to harm the atmosphere by blaring techno music as loudly as possible even when you ask them to turn it down or off. Makes it difficult to have conversations when having to shout to be heard over thumping nightclub music at 9 am.

Please stop taking down brewed coffee. I come in everyday at 5 after work and every single time they tell me they have no coffee. It’s unacceptable really. You guys serve coffee that’s what you do idk why your employees are taking the coffee down before close .. please just do your job right.

I have been a loyal customer to City Brew across the state and will likely never return to one again due to the service we have received. We came to this same location awhile ago and had terrible service and waited around 20 minutes for our drinks, but decided to try it again today. Myself and one other person ordered two drinks and a bagel. After around 20 minutes, they finally handed us our bagel after forgetting about it. We continued to wait and wait for our drinks for over an hour. Anytime someone in the drive through came through, the entire inside had to wait for the drive through orders to be fulfilled.We had to go up and tell the cashier again what we ordered and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes after telling him what we ordered. There is absolutely no reason anyone should have to wait over an hour for coffee and no offer of a refund or an apology for making us wait so long was offered. If this is how the service is going to be handled, the inside shop should not be open.

Three. We were a party of three and we each got a hot beverage and a pastry. The hot beverages came out in a timely manner, but we sat for a long time and waited for our pastries and they never arrived. My wife went back up to the counter to ask about our pastries and all of the young ladies working looked at each other like they expected somebody else to do it. Additionally, my wife asked for her banana bread to be warmed up, and instead of warming hers, they warmed up my cheese Danish, and a cheese danish warmed up is not a good cheese. Danish. There were no utensils available for us to eat our pastries. There were also no napkins available anywhere in the establishment. Moreover, there was no toilet paper whatsoever in the ladies room. Also, the ambient temperature was a little cooler than it should have been. All in all, a very poor experience.

The gals working here today were extremely kind and practiced good customer service despite rude, impatient customers who lack empathy. Two girls doing all of the work with a loaded cafe AND drive through? They did their best, and it showed. They used all the skills you'd like one to have in customer service.
