I called the store to see if they were open, sat in their drive thru for 10 mins before they said anything to me. They were in fact open. Just suprised this is tolerated in some stores

Really difficult for them to get your order right, even when they aren’t busy. Hardly my vegetarian options and clearly the staff doesn’t understand what vegetarian is anyway.

This City Brew is the closest to my house, so it’s the most convenient place to grab a quick coffee—well, it would be if they were actually quick. Unfortunately, the speed isn’t the only issue. No matter who’s making the coffee, it’s consistently bad. I like my coffee extra hot, and when I request that, it usually ends up tasting like plain black coffee with just a splash of milk. On the other hand, if I don’t ask for it extra hot, it’s often lukewarm by the time I get it (and yes, I’m talking about a hot coffee). Honestly, I have no idea why I keep coming back to this location, but somehow, this happens every time.

I would give zero stars if I could! I usually order from the 27th Street or Grand City Brew Coffee, but this morning (07/02/24) I decided to order from Shiloh through my app. I ordered my coffee at 6:16 am, and the app said it would be ready in 5 minutes. However, when I arrived on time, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes because it was not ready. The coffee was horrible because she poured so much caramel, almost half a bottle, making it impossible to drink. I was upset, late for work, and didn't have any coffee to drink. I always start my shift with City Brew Coffee, and this experience ruined my day and mood. I hope they will return my money back or give me different coffee from 27 Street City brew.

We really enjoyed our visit. Coffee and treats were excellent, but most of all, everyone was so friendly. If we lived here, we would make it our go to coffee stop.

Mia and Abby helped us out this evening at City Brew! Mia was so sweet and helpful!!! :) 10/10 service. And Abby, girl give yourself a pat on the back for that coffee! It was absolutely delightful :) would 100% come back again for the wonderful coffee and cheerful spirits! Great job!!
My Sis n I love coming to this city brew before I take her to work. The gals all say Good Morning. They if they are busy will say we will be with you in a moment which I love when a place a does this. It’s just great customer services. The gals are personable n friendly with a have a nice day as we leave. We saw the ninja barista making 5 drinks at a time which was amazing! Our 406 tasted great, the city brew was clean.
