It’s usually a decent experience coming through but this last month at least half of my orders have been messed up, it can be avoided if whoever is taking the order will read it back to you. And then the window, usually everyone is super nice and not using their finger to wipe a booger from their nose and not wash their hands. Like I really understand it’s cold but seriously that’s disgusting and could be a health hazard to your customers, if they were to then make my drink or handle a food item they could easily get others sick. Definitely have a hand washing timer going every half an hour for whoever works drive through or something. All of this can be avoided, have tissues available for your workers and teach employees the importance of washing hands after coming in contact with bodily fluids wether it’s their own or someone else’s.

I stopped at the City Brew at Shiloh Crossing and decided to go inside because the line for the drive thru was pretty long. When I went inside it was pretty busy as well but there was only one person in front of me in line so I figured it would be faster. I stood in line waiting for the person in front of me to order for quite some time and then when she was done I stood there waiting for someone to at least greet me or say something to me. As I'm standing there the car that would've been right in front of me in the drive thru left with their coffees. After an additional ten minutes of standing there and no one saying anything to me I finally just left. I was very disappointed in the girls' lack of customer service. 4 people working behind the counter and not a single one said anything to me. I don't think I will be returning to this specific City Brew!

My coffee was good. The service wasn't that great. Barista didn't make much eye contact and wasn't very friendly.

Please fix your speaker system. It shouldn’t be saying you guys close at 6 when your really open til 8 or 9. Your company makes enough money to get someone down there to fix it. Also there should be an awning above your pickup window. Your poor baristas are being soaked by the rain. It’s Billings for Christ sakes it snows every year why wouldn’t you provide them with an awning. Ridiculous

Staff is always friendly, even at 5 A.M. :)
I love using this app. It is so easy to order from wherever I am at. Coffee is always just right. The banana bread is so moist - the best in town! And let’s not forget the Perks…and loving the online order this month.
