The folks at City Brew at 24th and King are actually the best! They’re so cheery and kind and enjoyable. I don’t know all their names, Renee is the manager and she’s fantastic. I hope corporate can recognize how awesome they are. Not to mention the drinks are always on point.

I ordered my coffee on the app. I was there within two minutes from the time of my order. My coffee drink was waiting for me. The barista was very friendly, with a pleasant smile, and greeted me warmly.

I have been seating in my car for 9 minutes now. I did not order because I was told to wait for my order to be taken and after 3 minutes still nothing. I figured, I go back to Starbucks to have a better service, but of course, it took them an other 7 minutes to make two drink in front of me. Sucks because your coffee abd drinks are so good. You need better employees please. Start with a better manager
