The people working were working hard however whoever is managing the store is doing a poor job. The store was clearly understaffed. The girl on the drive threw also didn't know how to make drinks. We waited 35 minutes inside for 2 drinks that didn't have coffee in them and then had to ask for the food we ordered. Again the people on the shift were working hard but couldn't keep up with how busy it was. They also prioritized the window, which I would have gone threw if I knew my order didn't matter because I was inside. I was very disappointed if you have somewhere you need to go this is not a quick stop.

When someone calls to order to go Coffee for an event, let them know on the phone that it will take a couple of days. Don’t say “OK we’ll have it ready” and when I arrive you tell me it hasn’t even been started and now I can’t use it for my event. So thanks for not communicating with your customer.

Waited 30 minutes for my drink. They averaged 7 minutes or more for a single car once they got to the window. That doesn't even include the time it took to take the order. Plenty of cars just left after waiting 10 minutes without the line moving. At least the lady at the window was nice.

This location gets zero stars for customer service. When I asked them to remake a drink, they said they couldn’t help me and I could re-purchase it. What?! Never mind that I ordered an iced Americano, the barista make it with hot water, then put ice in it (which melted right away), and handed me a warm drink. The iced cup warped due to the hot water and I didn’t want to drink plastic. Clearly, the first barista was new and needed more training. But the other employee who wouldn’t remake a drink for a loyal City Brew customer is the bigger problem. I’ll stick to the Shiloh Crossing location from now on.

There could be an option for 0 stars and that’s what I would choose . I moved here two years ago and the coffee in Billings sucks if it’s not black smith coffee don’t go in . I have been to city brew a dozens of times and every single time I have ordered and they read back that it’s oat milk. I state I have a food allergy Iam lactose intolerant and they still have without fail served me two percent cow milk every time . Yes they charge you for oat milk the higher price and gladly pour you cows milk for a rotten surprise. Their nursing discount is a joke and they make your shift shittier than it needs to be at the end of a long shift. Thanks shitty brew but I’ve given y’all two years to get it right and finally this post drops for every one to be warned. Also they are more adamant about receiving their tip than making your drink right, that’s embarrassing .
